Haruka's notable first single song Period was released on March 24， 2006. The lyrics of which was written by Kaori Mochida of the J-Pop group Every Little Thing， and Takeshi Kobayashi also composed and arranged the music as well as produced the single. She said， \"I hope to put up a real myself by using the music， not the role. I will sing the songs after translate the word and mentality to sensation， it is like acting.\"
