北京港澳中心瑞士酒店 無(wú)障礙設(shè)施的“新”亮點(diǎn)

北京港澳中心瑞士酒店從1987年始建無(wú)障礙設(shè)施以來(lái)，20年來(lái)已經(jīng)積累了豐富的無(wú)障礙經(jīng)驗(yàn)，是亞洲第一座“無(wú)障礙”設(shè)施的五星級(jí)酒店。酒店在建造時(shí)，充分考慮殘障人士的需要，已將“無(wú)障礙”設(shè)施理念融于建筑設(shè)計(jì)之中，以尊重、關(guān)心、幫助殘障人士為服務(wù)根本，為殘障人士提供“平等、參與、共享”創(chuàng)造條件。2007年4月25日，港澳中心瑞士酒店獲得了“北京2008年殘奧會(huì)大家庭總部飯店”榮譽(yù)。在北京殘奧會(huì)期間，作為國(guó)際殘奧委會(huì)總部所在地和指揮中心，它將為國(guó)際殘奧委會(huì)、各國(guó)際殘疾人單項(xiàng)體育聯(lián)合會(huì)、國(guó)際殘疾人體育組織以及各國(guó)家(地區(qū))殘奧委會(huì)的主要官員提供接待和服務(wù)工作。

酒店充分考慮殘障人士的需要，實(shí)施無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)，與東四十條地鐵站的殘疾人坡道遙相呼應(yīng)的殘障人士專(zhuān)用坡道方便下榻酒店的殘障人士的進(jìn)出，飯店正門(mén)的坡道兩側(cè)各有一個(gè)明顯的殘障人士專(zhuān)署停車(chē)標(biāo)志，它顯示著此停車(chē)位的專(zhuān)用性，即專(zhuān)為殘疾人泊車(chē)方便而空置。緊鄰此停車(chē)位的是兩條通往酒店正門(mén)的坡道，殘障人士在此下車(chē)后即可在飯店服務(wù)生的協(xié)助下或自行從坡道進(jìn)入酒店。酒店旋轉(zhuǎn)門(mén)上安裝有明顯的“殘障人士通過(guò)專(zhuān)用”按鈕，它可使旋轉(zhuǎn)門(mén)的轉(zhuǎn)速轉(zhuǎn)慢，使行動(dòng)不變的殘障人士便于進(jìn)入酒店。

從踏進(jìn)北京港澳中心瑞士酒店的那一刻起， 其無(wú)臺(tái)階進(jìn)出等無(wú)障礙設(shè)計(jì)理念無(wú)不貫徹在建筑設(shè)計(jì)的始終。前臺(tái)兩側(cè)專(zhuān)供殘障人士辦理入住手續(xù)的接待臺(tái)。同時(shí)酒店問(wèn)訊處還配備有輪椅，免費(fèi)供殘障人士使用。在酒店大堂縱深處設(shè)有一排高矮不一的公用電話(huà)，其伸手可及的位置專(zhuān)為殘障人士或行動(dòng)不便的人士設(shè)計(jì)。

Swisstel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center is the first obstacle-free hotel in Asia， it has gained a wealth of experience in obstacle-free. While building the hotel， the specific requirements of the handicapped people have been considered， and the set up of the obstacle-free facilities have been applied in architectural design. We take the respect， the care and the help for the handicapped people as fundamental service and create conditions of equality， participation and sharing.

The Paralympic Family Hotel signing ceremony was held at Swisstel Beijing on 25th April， 2007. Swisstel Beijing serve as the headquarters of the International Paralympic Committee(IPC) during Beijing 2008 Paralympics games， as well as will provide the accommodation to the official who are from IPC， IPSO， NPC.

We have newly built the handicapped ramp from the subway to the hotel， which is convenient to the handicapped people. On the both sides of the hotel main entrance， we have assigned a special parking place for handicapped cars. Next to the parking spaces， there are two ramps towards the main entrance of the hotel， where the handicapped people can get off the car and enter the hotel by themselves or with the assistance of the staff of the hotel. On the hotel revolving door， we installed a button， which turns the revolving speed of the door from normal to slow.

Entering Swisstel Beijing Hong Kong Macau Center， you can feel the designed concept of the obstacle-free facilities. On the both sides of the Front Desk， there are two desks for the handicapped person to make the check-in procedures. We are also equipped with a wheelchair to be used free of charge for handicapped people. In the lobby， there is a row of telephones， provided invarious heights for their convenience.

酒店為了方便使用輪椅的殘障人士，酒店的一至三層同樣也設(shè)有無(wú)障礙出入的專(zhuān)用衛(wèi)生間。衛(wèi)生間的門(mén)擴(kuò)大了尺寸，并在廁位兩側(cè)配有70厘米左右的水平方向扶手。酒店通往客房的六部電梯內(nèi)均配有扶手欄桿，其樓層按鈕的面板也均設(shè)置成可供普通人士及殘障人士的兩個(gè)獨(dú)立面板。

在過(guò)去的2007年里，北京港澳中心瑞士酒店對(duì)其大堂、前臺(tái)、咖啡廳，大堂酒吧、以及二樓宴會(huì)廳及其公共區(qū)域進(jìn)行了升級(jí)改造，使之更為符合最新國(guó)際殘障設(shè)施的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，更加人性化。尤其是電梯，在裝修后所有按鈕均配有盲文，和獨(dú)特的聲音提示可提醒來(lái)自各個(gè)國(guó)家的盲人殘障人士，為其提供方便。

在2008年春天剛剛結(jié)束的裝修工程，酒店在45天工期里，按照國(guó)際殘聯(lián)的案立案標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)原有的 “無(wú)障礙”樓層以及16層的行政樓層酒廊進(jìn)行了再一次升級(jí)改造。

酒店四層為“無(wú)障礙”樓層，共有40間客房。樓層通道兩側(cè)均設(shè)有扶手欄桿，門(mén)上分別裝有兩個(gè)高矮不一的門(mén)鏡，低位防盜鏈，大面積的衛(wèi)生間，淋浴花灑裝有一個(gè)滑動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)噴淋器，并配有加長(zhǎng)金屬軟管，這些一直以來(lái)專(zhuān)為殘障人士設(shè)計(jì)的。這次裝修后，更在廁位及浴缸邊側(cè)的墻體上各裝有一個(gè)與地面垂直方向的扶手，這些扶手完全可以拆卸的，這也是裝修的最大亮點(diǎn)，不僅滿(mǎn)足殘障人士使用，也不會(huì)引起非殘障客人的反感；同時(shí)，客房門(mén)戶(hù)將原有的門(mén)擴(kuò)寬：方便普通及電動(dòng)的輪椅無(wú)障礙的出入；衛(wèi)生間的門(mén)也由內(nèi)推門(mén)改為推拉門(mén)，并擴(kuò)寬尺寸，入口為無(wú)落差出入設(shè)計(jì)，方便普通及電動(dòng)的輪椅無(wú)障礙的出入；馬桶的高度比正常人使用的馬桶高出十公分；洗面臺(tái)臺(tái)面的高度也相對(duì)降低，洗面臺(tái)下有特別設(shè)計(jì)的不影響殘疾車(chē)行動(dòng)的預(yù)留空間；鏡子的角度：我們可以根據(jù)坐輪椅客人的需求，調(diào)整鏡子的傾斜度，方便他們使用，也可以調(diào)整成平面，方便一般客人的使用。

在酒店大堂和四層走廊里配備了光電報(bào)警器，以方便聽(tīng)覺(jué)有障礙的客人。

酒店行政樓層酒廊在原有的基礎(chǔ)上，擴(kuò)大了其使用面積，比原有的面積擴(kuò)充了三分之一，這將保證我們有充足的空間接待各方來(lái)客；16層有四個(gè)會(huì)議室，在北京殘奧會(huì)時(shí)，它們將作為國(guó)際殘奧委會(huì)總部所在地和指揮中心，為了達(dá)到國(guó)際殘奧委會(huì)的需求，酒店將原來(lái)臺(tái)階式的出入口改為“無(wú)落差”式的設(shè)計(jì)，方便于殘障客人的出入，也為今后承接各種會(huì)議打下基礎(chǔ)。

For the convenience of wheelchair users，we have obstacle-free toilets from the first floor to the third floor.The door of the bathroom features an extended width and has 70 cm horizontal handrails on it. There are handrails in all six elevators. The button panel in the elevators is designed horizontally and vertically for the ordinary person and the handicapped person.

In the year 2007，we have renovated the hotel lobby，the front desk， the coffee shop，the lobby bar，the Grand Ballroom and the public areas，upgrading them to the level of the latest international standards of the obstacle-free facilities.

In particular，elevators are equipped with Braille buttons after the renovation. A unique voice will inform the blind persons from various countries.

In March and April of this year，it only took us 45 days to finish our upgrade renovation of the original handicapped floor and executive floor lounge once again，in accordance with international standards of the CDPF.

The 4th floor of the hotel is the obstacle-free floor， a total of 40 rooms. The handrails are applied on both sides of the fence. The view holes are applied in different heights on the door; in the shower we provide a sliding spray and a longer metal hose， which have been designed specifically for the handicapped people. After the renovation， two handrails in vertical direction are applied on the wall besides the toilet and the bathtub， which can be removed. It is the biggest highlight of the handicapped room renovation. Not only the requirements of the handicapped people are met， but also have the possibility to avoid the resentments of normal guests. The room doors are wider than the original， which is convenient for electric wheelchair users. Bathroom doors have been changed from the inside push door to push-pull door and are wider than before. The toilets height has been increased by 10 cm compared to the initial height. As per the demand of guests who use wheelchair， we can adjust the angle of the mirror. In the hotel lobby and corridor of the fourth floor， we installed a photoelectric alarm to inform the hearing impaired guests.

We have expanded the space of the Executive lounge by the space of two guestrooms， which will ensure that we have plenty of space to host guests from all countries. There are four meeting rooms on the Executive floor， which will serve as headquarter and the residential command center of the IPC during the Beijing 2008 Paralympics Game. In order to meet the requirements of the IPC， the hotel changed the original entrance to the \"no gap\" version， which is not only convenient for handicapped guests， but it also serves as the foundation to host various meetings in the future.

We have a big experience hosting handicapped events through IPC and CDPF as well as experience on arrangements and services for different kinds of handicapped guests.Specifically the appropriate personal approach of the staff is one of our key aims，such as normally the wheelchair guests don’t like people’s help on their wheelchair，so if there is any banqueting or meeting arrangement，we will consider the needs of those handicapped guests， for standing setup， we will have some lower height tables available for wheelchair guests， if there is sitting set up， we will try to have the seating arrangement in advance in order to move away chairs for those wheelchair guests etc.

酒店具有多次接待殘障人士活動(dòng)的經(jīng)歷（國(guó)際殘聯(lián)及中殘聯(lián)），對(duì)各種殘障人士的安排及服務(wù)獲取了許多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，如：一般坐輪椅客人不喜歡主動(dòng)被別人幫忙推輪椅，當(dāng)他們有需要時(shí)，我們的服務(wù)人員就會(huì)出現(xiàn)；如有宴會(huì)會(huì)議擺臺(tái)時(shí)，要充分考慮坐輪椅的客人，站式擺臺(tái)中要放一些矮一些的桌子搭配擺臺(tái)，座式擺臺(tái)中盡可能提前得知輪椅客人的座位以便安排，如提前將椅子撤走等等。我們酒店還特別為殘障人士建立了無(wú)障礙設(shè)施的應(yīng)急預(yù)案，殘奧會(huì)期間，我們前臺(tái)的員工將每4個(gè)小時(shí)打印一份房表，如遇有緊急情況發(fā)生，我們會(huì)有專(zhuān)人一對(duì)一的協(xié)助疏散殘障人士。我們部分員工還參加了由北京市旅游局舉辦的2007年奧運(yùn)簽約飯店手語(yǔ)班的培訓(xùn)，方便與聾啞人士的溝通。

我們將為北京2008殘奧會(huì)盡酒店人應(yīng)盡的一份義務(wù)，我們堅(jiān)信“兩個(gè)奧運(yùn)，同樣精彩”。

In our emergency plan， we have special plans for handicapped guests evacuation， such as every four hours the front desk will print out an actual rooming list. If there is any emergency case happening， we will assign special staff members to help the evacuation of handicapped guests one by one.

Some of our staff also participated in the training classes of in sign language， organized by the Beijing Municipal Tourism Bureau to ease communication with deaf people.

We made our preparations for the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games and honestly believe in “Two Olympic Games， One Brilliance”.

8月21日 心若在，夢(mèng)就在

3：0的結(jié)局無(wú)法讓我接受，但現(xiàn)實(shí)就這樣殘酷。中國(guó)女排被巴西隊(duì)擋在沖擊冠軍的門(mén)前。

盡管如此，我依然熱愛(ài)女排的姑娘們。面對(duì)強(qiáng)大的對(duì)手她們輸?shù)貌弧昂~”。

衛(wèi)冕、主場(chǎng)。作為一塊極具價(jià)值的金牌給隊(duì)員們太大的壓力。但比賽就是比賽，沒(méi)有誰(shuí)能斷言結(jié)果。命運(yùn)也就是這樣，我的“和平之戰(zhàn)”的夢(mèng)破滅了。

我知道，微笑著下臺(tái)的姑娘們會(huì)把自己關(guān)起來(lái)痛哭一場(chǎng)，我們的確需要這塊金牌，因?yàn)樵诖笄蝽?xiàng)目中，這是唯一的希望，但遺憾就這樣留給了女排的姑娘們。

籃球雖然打得也很頑強(qiáng)，但大家都知道奪金無(wú)望，差距本身存在。足球已經(jīng)不能再提起來(lái)，要不然又會(huì)惹得大家傷心。男排的地位在世界上還不足以沖金。我熱愛(ài)的也只能是女排了。

曾經(jīng)的女排給了國(guó)人巨大的力量，成為一代人的精神坐標(biāo)。這支隊(duì)伍這幾年在陳忠和的帶領(lǐng)下逐漸找回了老女排的精神。胡錦濤主席在奧運(yùn)會(huì)開(kāi)幕前看望女排隊(duì)員們的時(shí)候說(shuō)：“中國(guó)女排是我國(guó)體育戰(zhàn)線(xiàn)的一面旗幟，女排精神曾激勵(lì)著我國(guó)廣大體育健兒奮勇向前。希望你們大力發(fā)揚(yáng)團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作、頑強(qiáng)拼搏的女排精神，真正做到勝不驕、敗不餒，以良好的精神風(fēng)貌和最佳的競(jìng)技狀態(tài)，繼續(xù)譜寫(xiě)中國(guó)女排新的光榮。”

與對(duì)手有差距不要緊，刻苦訓(xùn)練、找對(duì)方法可以縮小差距、迎頭趕上，只要有夢(mèng)想、有追求，理想就能變成現(xiàn)實(shí)。在奧運(yùn)會(huì)這樣強(qiáng)手如林的競(jìng)技場(chǎng)上能夠進(jìn)入前四已經(jīng)很不容易，全國(guó)人民都目睹了你們頑強(qiáng)拼搏的過(guò)程，理解你們。現(xiàn)在需要的是放下包袱，打好以后的每一場(chǎng)比賽，用精神續(xù)寫(xiě)輝煌，激勵(lì)國(guó)人。

8月22日國(guó)球夢(mèng)工廠(chǎng)

三面紅旗同時(shí)升起的時(shí)候全場(chǎng)高歌。在兵乓的舞臺(tái)上，我們盡得榮譽(yù)。

從鄧亞萍、王楠到張怡寧，三代一姐給了我們最美的享受。

驕傲屬于她們。王楠在23年的征戰(zhàn)生涯中獲得24枚金牌，成為中國(guó)乒乓球隊(duì)奪金“第一人”。這一次王楠轉(zhuǎn)身離去的背影并不落寞，那是被光環(huán)籠罩的傳奇背影……

今天，張怡寧成為乒乓球奧運(yùn)史上繼鄧亞萍、劉國(guó)梁和王楠之后第四位“雙金王”，也是繼鄧亞萍之后，第二位蟬聯(lián)奧運(yùn)會(huì)冠軍的選手。

8月23日贊美阿根廷

這應(yīng)該是中國(guó)的足球迷們?cè)诒緡?guó)土地上所看到有史以來(lái)級(jí)別最高、實(shí)力水平最高的一場(chǎng)比賽。出色的技術(shù)、精湛的配合、如雷貫耳的大牌球星、一場(chǎng)南美與非洲之間的頂級(jí)對(duì)抗，包括看臺(tái)上為阿根廷專(zhuān)程助威的馬拉多納，都讓球迷們大呼過(guò)癮。不只是場(chǎng)內(nèi)的觀(guān)眾，電視機(jī)前的我也是心潮頻涌。畢竟，能在家門(mén)口觀(guān)看全球最高級(jí)別的足球比賽，一生也許只有一次。

真的要感謝阿根廷，可以讓10萬(wàn)（應(yīng)該不到10萬(wàn)）中國(guó)球迷在鳥(niǎo)巢里親眼目睹一場(chǎng)決賽。中國(guó)的足球夢(mèng)只能在夢(mèng)里尋找，但對(duì)足球的熱愛(ài)依舊。

8月24日難說(shuō)再見(jiàn)

像開(kāi)幕式那天一樣，閉幕式的當(dāng)天我又從外地回到北京。

51塊金牌定格在中國(guó)軍團(tuán)的歷史上，對(duì)中國(guó)來(lái)說(shuō)這是最激動(dòng)人心的時(shí)刻。

我沒(méi)能看到閉幕式，因?yàn)槟菚r(shí)候我正在飛機(jī)上。本來(lái)想著快點(diǎn)回去能趕個(gè)尾巴也好，但令我遺憾的一幕出現(xiàn)了：當(dāng)飛機(jī)停靠在首都機(jī)場(chǎng)3號(hào)航站樓C19處時(shí)，我們100多人面臨一個(gè)難題，出去的通道大門(mén)緊鎖。要上飛機(jī)不行，國(guó)航已經(jīng)完成了運(yùn)送的任務(wù)；出又出不去。這時(shí)候，有報(bào)警的，有打114的，有投訴的。多數(shù)來(lái)自?xún)?nèi)蒙古的大漢們的叫嚷只能給自己聽(tīng)，我看不到一個(gè)機(jī)場(chǎng)工作人員。

大約半小時(shí)后，急匆匆跑來(lái)兩個(gè)小姑娘，輕輕一刷卡，門(mén)被打開(kāi)了。已經(jīng)怒火沖天的旅客向這兩個(gè)女孩質(zhì)問(wèn)“為什么”，顯然是受到驚嚇的女孩沒(méi)有道歉的聲音，只是說(shuō)她們是被通知來(lái)開(kāi)門(mén)的，也是來(lái)幫忙的。看來(lái)還得要感謝這兩位漂亮的小姐了，要不然我們100多人要一直悶在這個(gè)狹長(zhǎng)的通道里不知要到什么時(shí)候。

等回到家的時(shí)候，已經(jīng)“勝利閉幕”了。

從看完開(kāi)幕式以后，我一直就想贊美一下英明的張大腕給我們帶來(lái)的藝術(shù)盛宴，但因?yàn)闆](méi)能看到閉幕式的整個(gè)過(guò)程，我有很多要贊美的語(yǔ)言也不知道該怎么說(shuō)了。
