故事梗概：哈佛大學法學院來了個打扮得花枝招展的金發女郎。洛杉磯的時尚女孩Elle為了追回嫌棄她只有美貌沒有智慧的前男友Matthew，竟也考上了哈佛法學院，讓人大跌眼鏡。在嚴肅沉悶的哈佛法學院，活潑開朗的Elle無疑是個異類。不過，誰說金發女郎就沒智慧呢？Elle就充分發揮她的時尚知識和法律觸覺，最終贏得一場讓權威大律師都撓頭的官司……

Elle: Umm… Miss Windham， did you hear a shot fired?

Chutney: No. I was in the shower.

Elle: OK. So， sometime in the 20 minutes that you were in a shower， your father was shot.

Chutney: I guess.
