* 功課

相對于兼職賺來的收入，你的學習要重要得多。在學校好好努力、認真學習，你將在成長的道路上獲益頗豐。

* 課外活動安排

好學生會合理安排自己的生活。除了學習，他們還積極參與到各種活動中。所以，如果你連學校的功課都很難完成，或者什么活動都沒有參加的話，最好就不要再出去做兼職了。

* 待解決的家庭事務

不要因為兼職而犧牲掉和家人在一起的時間。如果打工占去你過多的時間，讓你和家人變得疏離，那這份兼職工作就一點益處也沒有。

* 是否服從管理

如果你不能和你的上司相處融洽，那么任何的兼職工作你都是做不長的。

* 職業目標

工作就是為了賺錢，這一點無可厚非，但如果賺錢成為工作的唯一原因，麻煩也會隨之而來。確立職業目標，才能為將來的職業規劃奠定良好的基礎。

* 金錢管理

很多兼職工作的青少年都認為自己可以妥善管理自己掙來的錢，但并不見得他們花錢的時候足夠理智。

你可以考慮去做兼職，但是要慢慢來，每次工作的時間不要太長。很多青少年把自己的所有精力和時間都用來打工，久而久之，就會覺得自己應付不過來。只有慢慢來，你才可以想清楚自己生活的其他方面(如學校、家庭、朋友和業余活動)是否容得下你這份工作。而且你還有時間考慮自己通過打工可以完成什么目標。

開始找兼職工作吧，因為你已經滿足以下至少三個條件，做好了充分的準備。

* 你能合理安排學校功課、家庭責任、社會生活和課外活動;

* 你有足夠的時間可以投入到工作當中;

* 在和家庭成員保持緊密關系的同時，你還能承擔起工作的責任;

* 你能較好地服從管理，但并非那種缺乏主見、盲目服從的人，這一點非常重要;

* 你的工作目標并不僅僅在于滿足自己的購物欲望。
