能做早飯的機器人——Maru-Z

1月17日，韓國科學技術研究院發表了可操作家電、準備三明治和飲料、遠程遙控的仿人機器人“Maru-Z”。該機器人具有可移動到目的地的自律步行功能，還具有找到自己需要的目標物體，進行操作或拿起來傳遞的基于視覺信息操控的功能。它的目標物體包括微波爐、家電按鈕、水杯、面包、籃子、人等，可以說是雙足步行仿人機器人中最先進的。

KIST said on January 17 that it had developed the robot “Maru-Z，” which can operate home appliances to prepare sandwiches and beverages， and conduct physical work from a distance in real time. The Maru-Z is capable of walking on its own to a destination. Moreover， it can push buttons and operate an object， and pick up and hand over things using its sense of vision. Hence， it can be used for diverse target objects.

踢足球的機器人——Nao

1月19日，法國巴黎，小型擬人化機器人Nao完美亮相。Nao無疑是最酷的家用擬人化機器人產品之一。這款產品高23英寸，自由度極高。它的機械手可以牢牢地抓住物品，還可以處理圖像和音頻數據，并使用聲納進行導航。這款機器人還裝有高保真度揚聲器、麥克風和數碼相機等部件。它是每年一度的“機器人杯”機器人足球大賽的比賽用機器人。

Nao， the 23-inch robot debuted in Paris， France. It can grasp objects with its prehensile hands， process image and sound data， and navigate its environment using its sonar. Multimedia features include high-fi speakers， microphones， and CMOS digital cameras. Nao is the official player of the RoboCup since 2008.

會做面條的機器人

使用機器人做面條的最大好處是在時間控制上會非常精確，面的韌度和添加調料的數量、時間都會很準確。日本機器制造商川田工業公司的負責人說，他們生產線上的機器人很多都可以取代人類工作了，他們的工作速度已經可以媲美一名熟練的工人。除了會煮面條的機器人，還有跳華爾茲和會打乒乓球的機器人。
