全國鐵路前11個月運營良好

今年1月至11月，全路客貨運量均超年計劃進度，為圓滿完成今年運輸任務(wù)奠定了堅實可靠的基礎(chǔ)。特別是11月份，全路運輸系統(tǒng)克服惡劣天氣增多和施工任務(wù)重等影響，按照鐵道部統(tǒng)一部署，積極應(yīng)對，加強組織，客貨運輸均呈現(xiàn)良好局面，國家重點物資運輸?shù)玫接辛ΡＵ稀?/p>

客運方面，1月至11月，全國鐵路共發(fā)送旅客155061萬人，同比增長9.7%，為年度計劃的94.5%，超進度4990萬人。其中，直通旅客發(fā)送量完成55151萬人，同比增長11.4%。

貨運方面，前11個月，全國鐵路貨運總發(fā)送量完成333558萬噸，同比增長11.4%。其中，貨物發(fā)送量完成332331萬噸，同比增長11.4%，為年度計劃的95%，超進度12057萬噸。

11月份，全月貨物發(fā)送量完成30304萬噸，同比增長8.3%；全路日均裝車達到159847車，同比增長7.5%。今年以來，鐵路部門克服運力緊張等困難，全力保障關(guān)系國計民生的重點物資運輸。

Especially in November， the whole railway transport system overcome the impact of the bad weather and heavy construction tasks， according to the unified arrangements of the Ministry of Railways， response positively and strengthen the organization， transport of passenger and freight showed a good situation， the transport of national focus materials got a strong security.

In terms of passenger transport from January to July， the national railway transport 1.55061 billion passengers， year-on-year increase 9.7%， complete the 94.5% of annual plan， surpass the schedule 49.9 million. Among them， the direct transport volume is 5.5151 billion passengers， year-on-year grow 11.4%.

In terms of freight transpaort， through the first 11 months， the national railway volume of freight completed 3.33558 billion tons， year-on-year grow 11.4%. Among them， the traffic volume of goods complete 3.32331 billion tons， year-on-year grow 11.4%， complete the 95% of annual plan， surpass the schedule 120.57 million tons.

In November， the whole month traffic volume of goods freight completed 303.04 million tons， year-on-year grow 8.3%; the average daily load of whole railway reach 159，847 vehicles， year-on-year grow 7.5%.

This year， the railway departments overcome the capacity constraints and other difficulties; ensure the transportation of focus materials related to the people's livelihood.
