招領啟事類英語寫作指導

招領啟事，屬于應用文體裁，是拾到物品的個人或集體，用書面形式請失主前來認領時使用的一種應用文。招領啟事以Found作為標題放在啟事正上方。正文通常包括以下幾部分：

（1） 拾到物品的時間、地點、及當時的情形；

（2） 描述拾到物品的特征或拾到的物品中具體有什么；

（3）表明要為丟失物品尋找主人的意圖；

（4） 提供詳細且準確的聯系方式或聯系地址；

（5） 給出該啟事的有效期限。

招領啟事，除了拾到者自己親自執筆寫外，還有可能是拾到者把拾到的物品交到有關單位，由接收的有關單位代寫。

啟事的正文部分要求語言簡明扼要、句式正確、對物品的描述要清晰到位、銜接自然，以便有效地將信息傳達給讀者。啟事的最后請不要忘記署名。

必備語匯

1. 介紹拾到物品的時間、地點、及當時的情形的套語。

（1）On the evening of January 4th， 2007， I found a baggage at our school gate when I came to school.

（2）At about 9 am on May， 2008， a student in senior one found a cup at the playground.

2. 描述拾到物品的特征或所拾到物品中具體有什么的套語。

（1）More specifically， it is a white dress made of cotton， whose brand is Nike.

（2）To be exact/ Exactly speaking， inside the basket made of plastics， there is a bottle of wine， a bag of rice and 10 apples.

（3）To be specific， the box is made of paper， inside which you can find an English book，two new textbooks， exercise books， a pocket English-Chinese dictionary as well as a pencil-box.

3. 表明要尋找主人的意圖及提供聯系方式的套語。

（1）I/We hope to find out the owner as soon as possible， so if you are the very one Iam/we are looking for， please call me /us at 0755-6768779.

(2)I/We will be available at 8:00 am or after 9:00 pm every day or you can also contact me/us by emailing me/us at sz@163.com.

4. 提醒失主該啟事的有效期的套語。

(1)I /We would like to remind you that I/we will keep it until next week.

(2)We would like to remind you that you have to undertake the responsibility after 15 days.

實例分析

假如你是高三（5）班的張平，2010年5月19日下午大約五點，你在足球場跑步時，撿到了一個書包。現請你根據下面表格中的內容寫一則失物招領啟事。

[寫作要求]

只能使用五個句子表達全部內容。

[寫作標準]

句子結構準確，信息內容完整，篇章結構連貫。

［解題指導］

1.審題。

從題目要求我們可以知道，這屬于一篇拾到者自己親自執筆寫的招領啟事，所以考生需要用第一人稱寫這篇啟事。

2. 重組信息。

該招領啟事的正文可以包括以下幾個要點：

(1)介紹拾到物品的時間、地點，以及當時的情形：我于2010年5月19日下午大約五點在足球場跑步時，撿到了一個用帆布做的書包；

(2)描述拾到的物品的特征或拾到的物品中具體有什么：這個書包是用帆布做的；這個書包里有一本朗文當代高級英語辭典、一把雨傘和一串鑰匙；

(3)表明要為丟失物品尋找主人的意圖及提供詳細且準確的聯系方式或聯系地址(此要點可用兩句話來表達)；

(4)提醒失主該啟事的有效期。

3. 檢查修改。

基礎寫作要求用詞準確。作文寫完后應認真檢查文章中是否存在拼寫、語法、邏輯等錯誤。檢查內容是否齊全，是否用了五句話來寫這則招領啟事。該啟事的標題是否寫了，且有沒有將標題放在啟事上方正中。啟事的最后是否署了名。
