鄉(xiāng)土文化走進英語課堂的實踐研究

鄉(xiāng)土文化是指學(xué)校所在社區(qū)的自然生態(tài)和文化生態(tài)方面的資源，具有豐富的課程資源和重要的研究價值。增城市有豐富、鮮活、得天獨厚的鄉(xiāng)土資源，我們圍繞體現(xiàn)“真實性、針對性、實踐性、特色性、有效性”的原則，給學(xué)生提供貼近學(xué)生實際、貼近生活、貼近時代的、內(nèi)容健康豐富的英語課程資源，拓展學(xué)生詞匯學(xué)習(xí)和運用的渠道，激發(fā)學(xué)習(xí)動機，提高學(xué)習(xí)效率。通過學(xué)習(xí)，學(xué)生更加了解、熱愛家鄉(xiāng)，也能用英語向外國朋友宣傳家鄉(xiāng)。以下是筆者設(shè)計的適合六年級的鄉(xiāng)土課程資源應(yīng)用案例。以六年級上冊Unit 5 “Where would they like to go on holiday？”為引子，開發(fā)應(yīng)用增城名勝風(fēng)景區(qū)、旅游景點。

教學(xué)內(nèi)容：Welcome to Zengcheng——My hometown

Topic: Introduction to Zengcheng， Scenic Spots in Zengcheng. Places of Interest in Zengcheng.

Step1：看一看，說一說

A: Hello，Miss Wu， where would you like to go on holiday?

B: I’d like to go to Baishuizhai.

A: Baishuizhai？Yes，it is a good place to visit. But I think Hexiangu Temple is more interesting than Baishuizhai.

B: Well， I’d like to go a cleaner place. What about Huxin Island?

A: That’s a good idea!

Step3：聽一聽，嘗一嘗

Hello， everybody! Welcome to today’s trip!

I’ll show you around Zengcheng， a beautiful city. It is in the east of Guangzhou. It’s a famous hometown for its lychee， fish and rice. Our first stop is Xintang. It is famous for blouses and jeans. So，many people come to visit it. They are from America， Britain， France， Russia， Germany， Italy， Japan， Moscow and so on. Your trip guide will take you for a walk around“the Jeans City”. You can take some photos and look for something. The walk will take about one hour.

We will then get back on the bus to go on our sightseeing trip of Zengcheng. You will see the following sights:

● Xintang Phoenix City

● Zengcheng Plaza

● Gualu Plaza

● Baishuizhai Waterfall

● He Xiangu Temple

● Zengjiang River/ Mother River

你是班長，你班決定組織一次活動，參觀湖心島、白水寨、自行車綠道，你們想邀請英語老師參加，請根據(jù)下列要求寫封邀請信。出發(fā)時間：6月2日（星期六）上午8：00。集合地點：學(xué)校大門口。注意事項：帶飲用水、食品和照相機。
