鐵路優化客運產品結構
2011年全國鐵路十一國慶期間,鐵路客流異常火爆,且以旅游客流居多。為讓旅客享受整潔、舒適、溫馨的候車環境,各鐵路局積極整治客運服務設施和環境。
為進一步方便旅客購票乘車,鐵路部門將全國鐵路客戶服務中心的電話統一為“12306”,同時發展客運電子商務,拓展網上訂票,進一步規范客服業務流程和服務標準,為旅客提供優質服務。上海鐵路局管內上海、杭州、南京、合肥等市車站均開足售票窗口,并通過自助售票機、95105105電話訂票、12306網絡訂票等多種購票方式,為旅客提供便捷購票服務。
