崗位職責：面向機械工程學科領域，能夠帶領團隊進行教學、科研工作，在學科建設、隊伍建設中發揮核心作用；能夠面向國家重大戰略需求、地方產業和經濟發展、國際科學與技術前沿，積極爭取并主持國家和上海的重大科研項目；在本學科領域開展原創性、重大理論與實踐問題的研究和關鍵領域的攻關。

Qualifications and Requirements：A PhD from a famous university is required.The applicant should be under the age of 45.He／she should hold a position of associate professor or above at a famous university，or work at a world－famous enterprise with senior technical or managerial experience.He／she should have a strong sense of enterprising sprit and intense dedication，and take core courses for undergraduates and supervise postgraduates.He／she should have superior academic influence and achievements widely recognized in mechanical engineering，especially in areas of machinery manufacturing and process.

Job Responsibilities：The applicant who holds this position should be a core of discipline construction and team development by leading the teaching，research work in mechanical engineering.He／she should endeavor to apply for national and Shanghai major scientific research projects meeting the demands for significant national strategies，local industries development，and international cutting－edge science and technologies.He／she should conduct original researches on significant theoretical and practical areas.
