摘 要:This text puts forward the concept of the Education for all--round development first, the relation of the Education for all—round development and the Exam---oriented education, the target of the Education for all—round development ,( improve the language social intercourse ability)Then expound that we should carry out four basic principles when we implement the Education for all—round development, regard classroom teaching as the main channels, regard the excellent teaching method as main path, regard students as the corpus and develop the teacher's leading function. Finally put forward a few and important links when we carry out the Education for all—round development.

I became a teacher twenty years ago.At that time Compared with my classmates, I was upset about the job, which was very boring and hard in my eyes. I even didn’t pay attention to it. I finished the work mechanically everyday, and I didn’t stop struggling with the fate for a short time. I made up my mind to change the situation anyhow. Things change on my first Teachers’ Day.
What happen on that day is the deepest memories in my life. I came into the classroom as usual that morning. The same feeling, the same thought, no expectation, no passion. I greeted the whole class with “good morning” and ask them to sit down. To my surprise, they didn’t. Instead, they sang the song I taught them My Thankful Heart together, with gesture. I noticed that many boys couldn’t follow the gesture, but they did very seriously. I couldn’t describe the feeling with words. Tears were in my eyes. I was so shocked that my lips trembled. With the aim to finish my duty, I taught them the song. I never imagine that they, my students, would sing the song for me one day.At that moment, I was not only happy but also ashamed. I was happy because of my lovely, sensible and thoughtful students; I was ashamed because of the ideas in my deep heart that they never know. After class, I received lots of cards from them, when I read the childish handwritings, even including some mistakes, I had a sense of pride and achievement that I never had. Among these was a handmade card, the most shocking to me was that it came from Wang Yu Pei, Who never focus on my class. His English was so poor that he even didn|t know which page we should be in class. I once asked the naughty boys to have a talk with me to explain their behaviors. Sometimes, I couldn’t control myself and shouted at them. Of course, Wang YuPei was no exception. I no longer dared to hope that he would like his English teacher, me. But when I saw the card, when I read the words he wrote on it, when I was really sure what that means, when I read the sentence word by word “Dear sister, thank you for your hard work”, I was deeply moved once again. I was their teacher, but they called me elder sister!
Who says that it must be the teacher teaches the student,who says that they were ungrateful, when talking about some poor countries, they would be very quiet; when seeing the hard working person just like their parents, they would become silent; when hearing the touching story, they were also moved to tears; when discussing their future, they would be full of confidence.
When I saw the smiling faces, when I heard their lovely voices, a strong, warm feeling would feel through my whole body quickly. At that moment, I decided to put all my heart into the job. I love these children, thus like teaching, perhaps contrary. Anyhow, it was my students that encouraged me, supported me. Maybe I couldn’t be the best teacher in the future, but I would try my best to be.
