英語倡議書的寫法

倡議書屬于應(yīng)用文的一種，由標(biāo)題、稱呼、正文、結(jié)尾、落款五部分組成。一般用將來時(shí)或一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)。題目常會(huì)給出標(biāo)題、稱呼、結(jié)尾、落款這四部分，考生只需完成正文即可。這類寫作的正文包括倡議的目的、內(nèi)容以及呼吁。

一、常用套語

1. 引出倡議目的

常用in order to引出的不定式短語或用with / for the purpose of引導(dǎo)的介詞短語。如：

In order to/To offer help to the migrant kids/For the purpose of offering help to the migrant kids， we think our government should take measures to pour more money into improving the present situation of migrant schools.（ 2010揭陽市一模） 為了幫助民工子弟，我們認(rèn)為政府應(yīng)該采取措施，將資金投入到改善民工學(xué)校現(xiàn)狀中。

2. 列舉倡議內(nèi)容

倡議其實(shí)就是提建議，因此，可用be supposed to （應(yīng)該）， it is suggested that... （建議）， it would be better if... （如果......，那就更好了）等。倡議的內(nèi)容通常都不只一個(gè)，因此可用in addition， besides， additionally， what’s more， furthermore， moreover來列舉這些內(nèi)容。如：

（1）We are supposed /required /expected to choose a healthy and environmentally-friendly way of traveling， that is， bicycle riding. 我們應(yīng)該選擇一個(gè)既健康又環(huán)保的旅游方式，那就是騎自行車。（2011湛江市一模）

（2） It is suggested/advised that we choose a healthy and environmentally-friendly way of traveling， that is， bicycle riding. 有人建議我們選擇一個(gè)既健康又環(huán)保的旅游方式即騎自行車。（ 2011湛江市一模）

（3） It would be better if the local students help to collect money or donate books to the migrant kids. 如果當(dāng)?shù)氐膶W(xué)生能幫忙集資或者給農(nóng)民工子弟捐書，那就更好了。（ 2010揭陽市一模）

3. 提出呼吁

提出呼吁可用It is （high） time that...句型，該句型中that從句的謂語動(dòng)詞要用過去式或用should加動(dòng)詞原形，should不可省略。也可用 in a word 引出呼吁的內(nèi)容。如：

It is high time that we started / should start from ourselves and reduced / reduce transportation pressure by riding a bike. 是我們從我做起，通過騎自行車來減少交通壓力的時(shí)候了。（2011湛江市一模）

二、實(shí)例分析

（2009深圳一模）假設(shè)你是學(xué)校學(xué)生會(huì)的一員，為了擁有一個(gè)更美好的校園，你發(fā)出了全員環(huán)保的倡議，并制作了如下圖的海報(bào)。

解題指導(dǎo)

根據(jù)寫作內(nèi)容的要求，我們可以按照以下的方式來確定文章的結(jié)構(gòu)：

1. 用一句話引出倡議目的，并以這句話作為文章的開頭句，達(dá)到開篇點(diǎn)題的作用。如：

In order to fulfill our obligation to protect the environment，we are supposed to follow the following ecological codes. 為了實(shí)行我們環(huán)保的義務(wù)，我們應(yīng)該養(yǎng)成以下的環(huán)保習(xí)慣。

2. 用三句話分別談?wù)劤h的內(nèi)容。

（1）It is suggested/advised that we stick to the habit of walking to school. 有人建議我們堅(jiān)持走路上學(xué)的習(xí)慣。

（2）We are required to eat at least five kinds of fruits and vegetables a day. 我們應(yīng)該每天至少吃五種水果和青菜。

（3）It would be better if we recycle everything recyclable and cherish our school’s environment by picking up any litter and turning off the taps and the lights. 如果我們回收一切可回收之物并通過撿起垃圾愛護(hù)校園環(huán)境、關(guān)燈和關(guān)水龍頭，那就更好了。

3. 用一句話引出呼吁的內(nèi)容。

It is high time that we should contribute to the prosperity of our mother， the earth. 是我們?nèi)巳硕紴榈厍蚰赣H盡一份綿薄之力。
