一、教學內容
生本教育體系研究課題組編第三冊第七單元The Little Tad-
poles Looking for Mummy。《小蝌蚪找媽媽》是一篇孩子們非常喜歡的故事,貼近兒童的生活。本課的教學對象是二年級的學生,大部分學生對英語有一定的興趣,能根據教師的語言、動作、事實物等提示聽懂所學內容。而且,大部分學生熟悉小組合作的方式和要求,小組合作的效果還比較高。學生有很高地表演文本的興趣。并能根據角色要求,主動配上合適的動作。本課時主要是讓學生以小組合作方式分角色朗讀、表演課文。這樣,以生動活潑的故事為依托,充分挖掘學生的各項潛能,為小學英語增添新的活力,并有利于小學生綜合運用英語能力的培養。
二、教學過程
為了更好地完成教學目標、強化重點、突破難點,教師預設從以下五個環節展開教學:
1.熱身環節
(1)Greetings.
(2)Lets chant
T:Look at the picture.What is this?(老師屏幕出示泰迪熊的圖片)
S:Its a Teddy Bear.
T:Do you like it?
S:Yes.
T:Do you want to hug it?(老師輔以hug手勢)
T:OK,Lets hug it.(學生做出擁抱熊的樣子),please stand up and lets chant the“Teddy Bear”.
2.復習
A Guessing game:
T:Ill describe 5 animals.Please guess.What is it?No.1:Its very
fat!It likes eating and sleeping.(老師配上吃和睡覺動作)
S:Its a pig.(出示謎底,并給說出謎底的小組星星獎勵)
T:(學生先聽青蛙叫聲,然后老師說)It has a big mouth.It has big eyes.It has four legs.It has a green coat.
S:Its a frog.(學生學說frog一詞,教師板書單詞)
T:When it is a baby,It swims like a fish.When it grows up.It jumps with four legs.
S:A tadpole
T:Who is the tadpolesmummy?
S:Frog
T:Who is the frogs baby?
S:Tadpoles
3.呈現
(1)老師打開本課的配套光盤,學生們看CD,不顯示字母。
(2)學生第二次看光盤,并顯示字幕,看完后問:
T:What can you see in the story?
S:I can see a duckling...
(學生每次說出一個動物,老師就把動物圖片貼在黑板上。)
T:What are the tadpoles doing?
S:They are looking for Mummy.
T:Frog is Mummy.(老師把小蝌蚪的圖片慢慢移到青蛙圖片旁邊)So the tadpoles are looking for Mummy.
(3)老師幻燈出示本課8個重點單詞,請學生打開書,回到文本,快速地找出并讀出含有此重點單詞的句子。
T:Can you find out the words(duckling)home in the text? Where is the word“duckling”?
S:Look at sentence2,“No,Im ducklings mummy.”(老師給最快找出該句子的小組一個星星獎勵)
T:Where is the word“ coat”?
S:Look at sentence 15,“Look!She has a green coat”
(4)老師帶讀,朗讀文本,進一步熟悉文本。
T:Lets read the text,But today I have a sore throat,Who wants to be our little teacher?Volunteer?
(5)老師帶上小蝌蚪的頭飾,說:
T:Now Im a tadpole.Duckling,Duckling,Where are you?(老師給A小組的第一個同學帶上小鴨頭飾)
T:(老師逐一分配文中其他3個角色)Lets give the text dubbing.
(老師邊朗讀課文,邊演。當和鴨子對話時,游到鴨子旁邊。當和小魚對話時,游到小魚旁邊。給下面小老師環節一個示范)
(6)老師請一個同學扮演蝌蚪,其他四個角色重新分配。
T:Who wants to be the cute tadpoles?
S:I can.
T:duckling?duckling?Where are you?
T:fish?fish?Where are you?(選大膽、自信、語感好的學生來朗讀、扮演.)
4.小組合作
(1)學生以四人小組合作方式,來分角色朗讀或者表演文本。
T:Boy sand girls,lets work in groups.You can choose read in roles,or read in roles,then act it.
學生們小組合作。小組的組長先帶讀,組員跟讀。然后,組員齊讀。接著,組長檢查。朗讀流利、語感好的孩子可以背誦。最后,組長安排展示的內容。組長安排角色,并互換角色。
(2)小組展示、評價。
T:(5minites later) Show,show,Lets show.(老師邊拍手,邊說)
S:Show,show,Lets show.(學生跟著老師說,并迅速回位做好)
老師選一組,到講臺前,表演展示。
5.展示
在上個小組合作環節時,老師用相機留下了每個小組合作的美好瞬間。請孩子們欣賞精彩活動照片。(配上悅耳、歡快的音樂)
T:Boys and girls,Some pupiles would like to show. But its not enough time to do it. When you worked in groups just now,I took some photos. Lets enjoy our show.
