Whats more, WeChat keeps us updated on current affairs and helps us keep pace of the times. Online teaching also allows teachers to monitor the needs of the students effectively, which helps to balance large class size and personal learning. But such learning lacks face to face interaction. (七)中學生是否該早起

About one third of the students are in favor of getting up early for the reason that we can take advantage of the golden time to do some reading as well as take exercise, which is beneficial to building up our bodies and keeping us energetic. Another advantage of getting up early is that we can save much time because we dont have to wait in a long queue for breakfast. By comparison, the rest of the students, around 70%, hold totally different views, thinking that a lack of sleep does great damage to our health both physically and mentally. To make matters worse, without enough sleep, we tend to be absent-minded, feel sleepy and even fall asleep in class. Last but not least, lacking sleep results in a decrease in our memory and low study efficiency.
(八)同學睡眠不足的成因
Dear editor,
Since the sleeping problems of modern people, especially of middle school students, have caused worldwide attention.
To arouse peoples awareness of the importance of sleeping, WHO organized a worldwide activity in 2001 to make March 21st every year the World Sleeping Day. As for Middle School students, they are burdened with too much homework, as a result, their biological clock has to be reset. Besides, physical discomfort, emotional problems and sleeping environment will lead to insomnia, which is the reason why students cant get enough sleep. Moreover, frequent nightmares made students sleep pattern affected, which is another factor that students cant sleep enough. Medical experts encourage teens to change their lifestyle and develop good sleeping habits, such as watching TV or listening to music instead of drinking a cup of coffee.
I hope all of students can have enough sleep and keep healthy in their study and daily life.
(九)霧霾
Since January 2013, gray and smoggy days have often been seen in many cities in China and the air quality is becoming worse and worse. According to some researches, many aspects are to blame for this bad weather, including coal burning, car emissions, garbage burning and dust. As a result, not only will peoples health be harmed by the harmful air, which will cause a series of diseases like lung cancer, but also it may even lead to traffic accidents because of visibility reduction. To improve this situation, I suggest that our government should ban those severely polluted factories and that water be sprayed on streets as much as possible. As for people, we had better avoid some outdoor activities, but if we had to, we should wear our masks.

(一)該不該扶起跌倒行人
Nowadays, some people think we should raise the fallen people, because they believe it atraditional virtue to help others in China. However, others feel a bit worried towards this matter. They are afraid that they will be attacked by the family of the patient. So when they find a man fall down in the street, they just do nothing.
If I had a chance to meet a fallen man in the street, I would help him without doubt. The fallen man may be seriously ill, so he needs to be sent to a hospital at once. If we just watch and do nothing, he will die. And this will cause great losses to his family.

Therefore, our society should think highly of those who help others in need. Not only does our government advocate their good deeds, but also rewards them with a large sum of money. On the other hand, those who attack the helpers should be punished by our laws.
(二)談談你對自拍的看法
As we know, selfie is everywhere. Almost everyone that has a smartphone with forward-facing camera take photos of themselves. It also has won huge popularity among students even teachers in my school.
There is no doubt that it is nice to document a good hair day, an outfit you loved or some significant moments, especially while traveling. In addition, with the selfie photos uploaded, all your fiends from the social media website can enjoy your journey in progress.
Just as the old saying goes, however, every coin has two sides. The negative aspects of selfie are also apparent. First of all, if you focus so much on selfie that you can not enjoy your life in a real sense. Secondly, it may help grow your being proud and vain for there are always some people saying nice word for your selfie. Last but not the least, your personal information exposed may bring safety risks.
As for me, I am in favour of selfie but wed better have control over it and not develop into a selfie-addict.
(三)關于“陌生人”的教育
A stranger is anyone that your family doesnt know well. Its common for children to think that “bad strangers” look scary, like the villains(惡人) in cartoons. However, pretty strangers can be just as dangerous as the not-so-pretty ones. When you talk to your children about strangers, explain that no one can tell if strangers are nice or not nice just by looking at them and that they should be careful around all strangers.
In fact, not all of the strangers are dangerous. Police officers and firefighters are two examples of very recognizable safe strangers. Teachers, principals, and librarians are adults children can trust too, and they are easy to recognize when theyre at work.
Perhaps the most important way parents can protect their children is to teach them to be wary of (警惕)potentially dangerous situations — this will help them when dealing with strangers as well as with known adults who may not have good intentions. You should also talk to your children about how they should handle dangerous situations. If in a dangerous situations, kids should say no, run away, yell as loud as they can, and tell a trusted adult what happened right away. Its good to practice this in different situations so that your children will feel confident in knowing what to do.
