一、命題預測

該話題包括英美英語的差別、語言學習策略、語言學習中的困難、語言與文化、中外文化習俗等等。針對該話題，我們預測高考命題人可能會從以下幾個方面來命題：介紹中外節日或重大事件，就英語學習中遇到的困難給外教發郵件請求解答，談談英語學習的體會（方法、策略、困難、心得、經歷）、對英美英語差別的理解和體驗、語言學習策略等。

第一步，認真審題，明確要求。

1. 審體裁：書信。

2. 審時態：以一般現在時為主。

3. 審人稱：第一人稱和第二人稱。

4. 審要點：認真看所給信息，以便分組規劃。

第二步，圍繞主題，提煉要點。

第一段：對她學漢語表示鼓勵（①選擇該課程是個好主意）。

第二段：外語學習的意義（②學習外語會使我們理解異域的文化；③會幫助我們和更多的人交流）。

第三段：提出學好外語的建議（④建議一：需要興趣和恒心；⑤建議二：認真聽老師講課并做好筆記；⑥建議三：要抓住一切可能的機會練習）。最后總結（⑦只有用這種方式，漢語才能學好）。

第三步，分析要點，信息表達。

①I think it is a good idea for you to choose them.

②Learning a foreign language makes us have an access to a different culture.

③Learning Chinese can help you communicate with many people easily.

④You cannot succeed without interest or perseverance.

⑤Its very important to listen to the teacher carefully in class and make some notes.

第四步：添加細節，連句成篇。

四、習作修改

這是作者給老師的一封，信中談到了自己對英語學習的認識、學習英語過程中存在的問題以及對自己老師教學方法的兩點建議。

1. happily→happy 系動詞后應接形容詞作表語。

2. 在global village前加a 可數名詞單數village前加不定冠詞，表示“一個”。

3. mean→means 動名詞作主語，謂語動詞用單數。

4. problem→problems 根據前有two修飾，故名詞應用復數形式。

5. or→and 此處that與上一句中的that均引導表語從句，為并列關系。

6. hoped→hope 根據全文時態可知此處應用一般過去時。

7. in→on 在某方面給某人建議應用介詞on。

8. 把give后的for去掉 give sb. sth.為固定搭配，意為“給某人某物”。

9. many→much 修飾不可數名詞要用much。

10. my→your 根據上文可知，此處是指在老師的幫助下，即“你的”幫助。

When you understand the cultural background of English， you can use it better.
