Autonomous learning(自主學習) is a very important ability, which is short for Chinese students, who are accustomed to accepting the standard answers.

I approve of autonomous learning in Chinese education. According to the definition of autonomous learning, which is a school of education and sees learners as individuals who can and should be autonomous; in other words, they should be responsible for their own learning. The learners are the main part in the autonomous learning, not teachers, not parents.

Autonomous learning helps students develop their self-consciousness, vision, practicality and freedom of discussion. These characters serve to aid students in his or her independent learning. We live in a learning society, which is not far more from enough for us to acquiring knowledge only from the books and teachers.
