一、文體概述

求職信或申請信是寫信人就某一職位向收信人提出請求的信件。語言屬于正式用語，用詞需要簡潔準確，語氣禮貌自信。信件內容一般包括三個方面：（1）提出申請（闡述得知招聘信息的來源和自己申請的職位）；（2）申請理由（個人信息和能力）；（3）表示感謝（請求給予面試機會并表示感謝）。

二、必備短語

1. apply for a chance to work as ... 申請（做……）的機會

2. like， be fond of， be keen on， be crazy about， have a preference for喜歡、熱愛

3. take / show interest in， be interested in感興趣

4. be equal to， be competent / qualified / fit / suitable for勝任

5. master， have a good command of， be equipped with the skills of 掌握（技能、技術等）

6. be good at doing sth.， be able to do sth.， have the ability to do sth.， be capable of doing sth擅長于、有能力做某事

7. have some basic knowledge of， have a wide range of knowledge of了解

8. have / show a talent for， be gifted in在……有天賦

9. sign up for， enter for， participate in， take part in報名、參加

10. meet ones requirements滿足某人的要求

三、套用句式

1. I am writing to apply for a chance to work as a volunteer. 我寫信給你的目的是為了應聘做志愿者。

2. I sincerely hope that my application will be taken into consideration. 我衷心希望我的申請會被納入考慮范圍。

3. I would be more than grateful if my application could be favorably considered. 如果我的申請會被優先考慮，我將不甚感激。

4. I will appreciate it if I am chosen， and I am convinced that I can perfectly live up to your expectations. 若能被選上，我將不甚感激。我也相信我絕不會辜負你們的期望的。

5. If I am luckily chosen， I will spare no effort to shoulder the responsibility and contribute my efforts. 如果我能有幸被選上，我將盡最大的努力承擔責任并貢獻自己的力量。

習作修改

本篇是李華申請成為一名學生志愿者。作者表述了自己能成為志愿者的相關理由。

1. for→as 申請成為一名學生志愿者，屬于固定搭配。

2. could→can 申請信通常用一般現在時。

3. classmate→classmates 與我所有的同學相處得好，classmate應該用復數。

4. so→such 修飾名詞command應該用such。

5. 劃去in 贏得某種獎勵，不需介詞in。

6. Successful→Successfully 此處充當狀語修飾整個句子，應該用副詞。

7. or→and 肯定句，受到師生的喜愛，應該用both...and...

8.convincing→convinced 內心“感到確信”，得用convinced。

9. my→your 應該是達到收信人，即“你們”的要求和期望。

10. 在appreciate和if中間加上it 此為固定搭配。
