簡介

大型住宅項目“光束”（Beam,1998）和米斯切克大廈（Mischek,2000）是德魯甘-麥斯爾聯合建筑師事務所（DMAA）設計的兩大早期作品。自成立以來的24年里，DMAA建筑師事務打造的項目不計其數，其中包括諾華集團山德士公司的全球總部大樓（2003）、屢見報端，位于維也納市中心附近的屋頂住宅Ray1，以及維納伯格（Wienerberg）區的各式城市LOFT和摩天大樓。除了在國際比賽中的不俗表現外，德魯甘-麥斯爾聯合建筑師事務為2006年威尼斯建筑雙年展和雙年展首次中國之行所作出的貢獻以及在北京鳳凰城所打造的公寓作品同樣吸引了人們的高度關注。DMAA的其他國家和國際級建筑成就還包括大量住宅項目和斯圖加特保時捷博物館（2008年完工）、荷蘭EYE電影學院（2011年底開放）、埃爾節日音樂廳（2012年完工）等文化建筑。維也納應用科技大學校舍（2009年完工）、維也納旅游信息阿爾貝蒂娜博物館改建項目（2014年11月開館）以及多瑙城老年人中心（2014年秋完工）等同樣也是DMAA的重要作品。2015年7月，DMAA因卡爾斯魯厄巴登國家劇院改建項目獲得了建筑比賽的一等獎。此外，漢堡港口新城的堪帕斯大廈同樣也為德魯甘-麥斯爾榮獲了建筑設計一等獎。2016年，位于奧地利利岑的購物中心ELI正式開業。2017年，奧地利克雷姆斯卡爾?蘭德施泰納大學、韓國首爾高陽市現代汽車體驗館、奧地利拉基興米巴廣場相繼竣工。

建筑手法

德魯甘-麥斯爾聯合建筑師事務所的建筑更像一種語言，語言的含義則通過各個單詞間的關系組成。相比其他建筑理念，德魯甘-麥斯爾沒有將這種封閉式語言原理限制在建筑本身，而是盡可能地將作品根植于建筑和所在環境間的多價關系中，突出了建筑背景和使用者的實際存在。定向、嚴格的設計過程以未來使用者的空間感知為導向。其建筑理念及與現有建筑的聯系時刻提醒生物體作為整體系統不可分割的一部分，與環境展開對話。DMAA的建筑理念從里到外完全打破了傳統房間的層級關系，通過功能定義出了新的流動性空間序列。德魯甘-麥斯爾聯合建筑師事務所的作品不受建筑體形和功能的約束，始終以理論原理為取向。在這方面，DMAA致力于建立集中性原則，創造使其空間化及生理具象化的手段。與主要迎合視覺和解釋性意義的現代建筑表象形式不同，DMAA創造了實際性建筑形式，以期通過對感官和人體的生理影響，調節社會和個人生活的節奏。

Office profile

Two large-scale housing projects in Vienna were the first buildings designed and realized by the architects: the Beam, built in 1998 and the Mischek Tower, which had been completed two yearslater. During the last 24 years of existence, the studio Delugan Meissl Associated Architects realized numerous further projects, among them the Global Headquarter Sandoz of the Novartis Company(2003), Ray1, the often published house on a rooftop near Vienna’s city center, the City Lofts and the High Rise in the Wienerberg district. Besides multiple successes in international competitions, Delugan Meissl Associated Architects’ contribution to the 2006 Architecture Biennale in Venice, as well as to the first Architecture Biennal in China - with an apartment realized in Phoenix City of Bejing - attracted high attention. Further achievements on national as well as international level include many social housing projects or cultural buildings such as the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart (completion in 2008), the EYE Film Institute Netherlands (opening end of 2011) or the Festival Hall in Erl, which was completed at the end of 2012. The Campus of the Vienna University of applied Sciences (completed in 2009), the refurbishment of the Tourist Info Albertina in Vienna (opened in November 2014) or the Geriatric Centre Donaustadt (completed in Autumn 2014) are further important projects of the studio. In July 2015,DMAA won the 1st prize in the competition for the refurbishment of “Badisches Staatstheater” theatre in Karlsruhe. Among further accomplishments: win of the 1st prize in the competition for the new Campus Tower in HafenCity Hamburg. In 2016 the shopping centre ELI in Liezen/Austria and the residentialbuilding Baumkirchen in Munich/ Germany were opened. 2017 the Karl Landsteiner University in Krems/Austria, the Hyundai Motorstudio Goyang in Seoul/ Korea and the Miba-Forum in Laakirchen/Austria have been completed.

Achitectural approach

The architecture of Delugan Meissl Associated Architects is much like language, in which meaning is constituted by the relationships among individual words. In contrast to other architectural philosophies,Delugan Meissl Associated Architects do not reduce this principle of hermetic language to a game in and of itself, but rather, they root their work with as many multivalent relationships between architecture and its contextual environment as possible, premiating the context of the building and the physical presence of its users. Directed and rigorous processes of design are guided from spatial perception to future users. Their architectural concepts and connections to the existing fabric are reminiscent of organisms entering into dialogue with the environment, as integral parts of an overall system. Inside and out, their concepts break down the order of conventional rooms into flowing, functionally defined spatial sequences. Independent of size or function, the work of DMAA is consistently determined by these theoretical principles. In this regard,Delugan Meissl Associated Architects are committed to developing the principle of intensification, along with ways to spatialize it and make it physio-logically tangible. As opposed to a type of representationalform of contemporary architecture that is geared primarily to the visual and to interpretive meaning, actualform is generated, which, in its physiological effects on the senses and the body, with the aim, to be a regulator of the rhythm of social and individual life.
