近日,國際航空運輸協會IATA正式向東航頒發“金色航空公司”標識資質認證,以表彰東航在推進“便捷出行(FastTravel)”項目工作中的貢獻。“便捷出行”是近年來IATA主推的項目,致力于通過新技術、新流程,減少旅客出行等待時間,提升出行便利體驗。整個項目包括自助值機、自助行李托運、自助登機、自助證件掃描、自助行李申報、自助改簽六大服務環節。
2014年,東航在上海浦東國際機場實現了自助值機、自助行李托運、自助證件掃描、自助改簽四項自助服務,成為IATA“綠色航空公司”。在此基礎上,東航不斷探索創新,從全流程管控著手,進一步提升旅客各項自助服務的使用體驗;同時成立了東航全球行李控制中心,借助大數據的力量,提升旅客行李服務體驗。2017年,東航在上海虹橋國際機場實現了“便捷出行”項目的六項服務內容,成為國內第三家擁有“金色”標識的航空公司。

In 2017,CES launched six”Fast Travel’ “ services,making itself China’ s third airline withthe “golden” logo.
