品管圈在降低住院藥房藥品調劑差錯件數的作用分析

[摘要] 目的 研究分析品管圈在降低住院藥房藥品調劑差錯件數的作用效果。方法 隨機選取該院2017年6—9月期間住院患者98例作為該次研究分析對象，采用電腦隨機選取的方式將其分成研究組和對照組各49例，針對兩組患者的藥品調劑給予不同的管理方法，對照組患者的用藥調劑按住院藥房常規操作管理進行，研究組患者的用藥調劑實施品管圈藥房管理操作，并對兩組患者住院期間藥品調劑差錯率及患者對藥品調劑服務滿意度進行對比分析。結果 實施品管圈活動后，研究組藥品調劑差錯率為14.3%，對照組藥品調劑差錯率為32.7%，兩組對比，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）；研究組患者對藥品調劑服務滿意度為95.9%，明顯優于對照組的79.6%，組間比較差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論 針對住院藥房藥品調劑實施品管圈管理模式，可有效降低住院藥房藥品調劑差錯件數發生率，提高藥房工作人員的責任感、積極性及患者對藥房調劑藥品服務滿意度，該管理模式值得在臨床推廣應用。

Analysis of the Effect of Quality Control Circle on Reducing the Number of Errors in Inpatient Pharmacy

[Abstract] Objective This paper tries to study the effect of quality control circle on reducing the number of drug dispensing errors in inpatient pharmacy. Methods Random selection of 98 hospitalized patients in this hospital from June to September 2017 as the object of this study， and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group of 49 cases， for the two groups of patients with drug dispensing different management methods. In the control group， the drug dispensing was carried out according to the routine operation management of the inpatient pharmacy， and the drug dispensing of the group was administered by the quality control circle pharmacy. The error rate of drug dispensing and the patients' satisfaction with the drug dispensing service were compared between the two groups. Results The error rate of drug dispensing in the study group was 14.3%， while the error rate of drug dispensing in control group was 32.7%. Comparing with the two groups， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）， and the satisfaction of drug dispensing service was 95.9% in the study group， which was significantly better than that of control group 79.6%， The difference between groups was obvious and statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion In order to implement the management mode of the quality control circle， it can effectively reduce the incidence of the number of errors in inpatient pharmacy， and improve the sense of responsibility and enthusiasm of the pharmacy staff and the satisfaction degree of the patients to the pharmacy dispensing drugs， which is worthy of clinical application.
