一、教學目標
(一)語言知識目標
1.熟悉以下詞匯和短語
bat, tomb, dynasty, purpose, pattern, character, happiness, temple,jewellery, religious;date back to/date from, relate to, try out
2.充分理解課文大意并完成所給的任務。
3.用所學的詞匯和要點復述或歸納文章內容。
(二)能力目標
1.了解中國的剪紙藝術,提高學生從文中獲取具體信息,并進行分析、推理和判斷的能力。
2.能用英語簡單介紹剪紙藝術,積極參與語言實踐活動,提高用英語進行思維和表達的能力。
(三)情感目標
1.激發學生對我國優秀傳統文化藝術的興趣,培養學生的民族自豪感。
2.培養學生的跨文化交際意識、合作意識、樂于分享信息和資源的意識。

4) Which Chinese character often appears in wedding paper cuts?
5) How is paper-cutting related to fashion?

【教學后記】
筆者在本節課的閱讀教學中著重關注四個方面:閱讀策略的運用;語篇的理解;語言知識的掌握;語用能力的發展。通過自我思考和小組討論的活動,進行自我完善,鼓勵學生自主探究的積極性。最后通過練習來進行自我檢測和提高,力求達到本節課的教學目的。
總之,筆者認為教師要遵循從感性認識到理性認識的規律,按照“為用而學,用中學,學后用”的原則,把語言知識變成運用語言、提高能力的過程。在教學中,教師要突出學生的主體地位,充分發揮學生主動參與閱讀活動的積極性,使培養和提高學生閱讀理解能力的過程真正變成了他們自主閱讀、自主發展、自我提高的過程。
