【摘要】 目的:探討創傷骨科患者臨床治療中采用微創技術進行治療的效果及應用價值。方法:于筆者所在醫院2016年2月-2018年2月接收的創傷骨科患者中選取112例,隨機分為觀察組(56例)與對照組(56例)。對照組給予骨科傳統切開復位內固定術治療,觀察組給予微創技術治療。對比兩組手術治療效果,并觀察治療基本情況及術后并發癥發生情況。結果:觀察組治療優良率98.21%,高于對照組的89.29%;觀察組手術切口長度、術中出血量、手術時間、切口愈合時間、術后換藥次數均優于對照組;觀察組術后總并發癥發生率8.93%,低于對照組19.64%;兩組各指標比較,差異均有統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:微創技術可充分應用于創傷骨科患者臨床治療中,具有確切的效果及較高的安全性,術中可縮短患者手術時間,促進術后快速康復,可滿足患者的臨床康復需求,值得加以推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect and application value of minimally invasive technique in the clinical treatment of traumatic orthopaedic patients.Method:A total of 112 orthopaedic trauma patients received in our hospital from February 2016 to February 2018 were randomly divided into observation group(56 cases) and control group(56 cases).The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation,while the observation group was treated with minimally invasive technique.The curative effect was compared between the two groups,and the basic treatment and the occurrence of complications were observed.Result:The excellent and good rate of the observation group was 98.21%,higher than 89.29% of the control group.The length of incision,intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time,incision healing time and the number of dressing changes after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.93%,lower than 19.64% in the control group.The differences of the indexes between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive technology can be fully applied in the clinical treatment of traumatic orthopaedic patients,with exact effect and high safety.It can shorten the operation time of patients,promote rapid recovery after operation,and meet the needs of clinical rehabilitation.It is worth promoting.

創傷骨科疾病在臨床中具有較高發病率,車禍、工傷、意外墜落等因素均是誘發創傷骨科疾病的主要因素?;颊甙l病后關節功能嚴重受損活動受限,可對工作、生活等造成嚴重影響。手術是治療創傷骨科疾病的主要方式,但骨科傳統切開復位內固定術治療時由于具有一定創傷性,并且手術時間較長、切口較大,使得患者術中出血量加大,間接加大了術后感染等并發癥的發生率,對患者的預后造成了嚴重威脅,患者接受程度較低。近年來隨著微創技術的發展,臨床工作中開始采用微創手術治療骨科創傷類疾病,取得了較為理想的效果?;诖?,本研究主要探討創傷骨科患者臨床治療中采用微創技術進行治療的效果及應用價值,現報告如下。
綜上所述,可于創傷骨科患者臨床治療中應用微創技術,具有較為理想的治療效果及手術安全性,臨床實用價值較高,值得推廣和使用。
