摘要:目的? 探討PBL教學模式在全科住院醫師心血管技能培訓中的教學效果。方法? 選取我院心內科輪轉的全科醫師50人,隨機分為試驗組和對照組,每組25人。試驗組采用PBL教學模式,對照組采用LBL教學模式。兩個月后,考核理論知識、實踐技能成績并進行問卷調查,評價兩組學生的教學效果。結果? 試驗組的理論知識成績為(85.81±6.43)分,高于對照組的 (81.21±5.82)分,差異有統計學意義(P<0.05);試驗組實踐技能成績為(88.52±7.52)分,高于對照組的(82.14±6.11)分;試驗組教學的滿意度(92.00%)優于對照組(80.00%),差異有統計學意義(P<0.05)。 結論? PBL 教學模式在提高學生理論知識及實踐技能方面均有較好教學效果,且有較高滿意度,值得在全科住院醫師心血管技能規范化培訓中推廣。

Abstract:Objective? To explore the teaching effect of PBL teaching mode in cardiovascular skills training for general practitioners. Methods? A total of 50 general practitioners in our department of cardiology were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The experimental group adopted the PBL teaching mode, and the control group used the LBL teaching mode. Two months later, the theoretical knowledge, practical skills scores and questionnaire survey were conducted to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups of students. Results The theoretical knowledge of the experimental group was (85.81±6.43), which was higher than that of the control group (81.21±5.82), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group's practical skill score was (88.52±7.52). The score was higher than that of the control group (82.14±6.11); the satisfaction of the experimental group (92.00%) was better than that of the control group (80.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion? The PBL teaching model has a good teaching effect in improving students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and has high satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion in the standardized training of cardiovascular skills for general residents.

全科醫師規范化 培訓的目的是為基層診療系統輸送合格的衛生人才,完成我們國家進行三級診療的醫改目標,而心血管疾病居我國發病率及死亡率之首[1],危急重癥多,需要在基層及社區醫院進行隨訪康復。培養全科醫師的院前急救技能及冠心病、高血壓等慢性病的長期管理能力可有效控制心血管疾病的發病率及死亡率,提高康復率。探索教學效果更好的模式,對全科醫師進行規范化的心血管疾病診治技能培訓是一項緊迫的任務。隨著教育改革的不斷發展,以問題為基礎的教學模式(problem-based learning,PBL)已成為醫學教育的一個方向[2]。在佳木斯大學附屬第一醫院心內科的教學過程中,PBL教學模式應用取得了很好的教學效果及教學滿意度,現報道如下。
