55年前，中法兩國領導人以超越分歧和對抗的戰略眼光，做出了建立大使級外交關系這一具有劃時代意義的重要決定。55年間，中法關系走過了不平凡的道路，以戰略性、時代性、全球性走在中西方關系的前列，堪稱大國間和平相處的典范。

55 years ago， the leaders of China and France made a landmark decision to establish diplomatic relations at the ambassadorial level with a strategic vision of transcending differences and confrontations. Over the past 55 years， SinoFrench relations have gone through an extraordinary road. They have been at the forefront of Sino-Western relations with a strategic， contemporary and global character， and regarded as a model of peaceful coexistence among great powers.

半個多世紀以來，雙邊合作的成果尤其令我們感到驕傲。中法兩國率先開啟民用核能合作，繼而打開了經貿交流的大門。目前，雙方經貿合作已拓展到航空航天、能源、交通、通訊等諸多領域，雙向投資增長迅速。法國政府和企業積極參與了中國首屆國際進口博覽會，兩國商界展現出繼續深入合作的良好意愿，讓我們對未來的發展前景充滿信心。

For more than half a century， we have been proud of the achievements particularly in bilateral cooperation. China and France took the lead in opening civilian nuclear energy cooperation， and then opened the door to the joint work of economic and trade exchanges. At present， bilateral economic and trade cooperation has expanded to aerospace， energy， transportation， communications and many other fields， and bilateral investment has increased rapidly. The French government and enterprises have actively participated in the first China International Import Exposition. The business circles of the two countries have shown a good will to continue to cooperate in depth， bringing us full confidence in the future development prospects.

近年來，中法兩國領導人保持密切交往，共同規劃了中法關系發展藍圖，推動中法關系進入新時代。中法兩國在推動多邊主義和建設多極化世界方面有著諸多一致看法，雙方都十分重視在“一帶一路”框架下開展互利合作。未來，兩國將繼續在促進全球和平、發展和進步的共同使命指引下，以我們的共同智慧更好造福兩國和世界人民。

In recent years， the leaders of China and France have maintained close contacts， planned a blueprint jointly for the development of Sino-French relations， and pushed Sino-French relations into a new era. China and France share a lot of consensus on promoting multilateralism and building a multipolar world. Both sides attach great importance to mutually beneficial cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative. In the future， guided by the common mission of promoting global peace， development and progress， the two nations will continue to benefit the people from both countries and all over the world better with our common wisdom.

55年前，中法兩國政府宣布建立大使級外交關系，樹立了不同社會制度國家和平共處的典范。

半個多世紀以來，中法兩國之間的伙伴關系與時俱進，近年兩國政府高層互動頻繁，特別是2018年上半年法國總統、總理相繼訪華，達成積極共識，中法兩國由此明確了進一步聯合開拓第三方市場、核能合作和中法創新合作，加強經貿、金融、農業、航空航天等多領域合作。

在“一帶一路”框架下，中資企業走出去意識不斷加強，步伐不斷加快，海外投資意愿強烈，法國作為歐元區核心國家，與中國的經貿合作成果日漸豐碩。中國建設銀行一直以來致力于服務中法經貿合作，主動牽頭和參與基礎設施、機械制造、化工環保等中法合作的項目融資和服務，與法國各大金融機構和大企業建立了非常良好的業務合作關系。
