外媒記者團點贊重慶“一帶一路”建設發展

3月27日至30日，應外交部亞洲司邀請，蒙古、菲律賓、新加坡、緬甸、巴基斯坦、斯里蘭卡、尼泊爾7個周邊國家媒體記者組團來渝訪問，深入探訪重慶市融入“一帶一路”建設、打造內陸開放高地新成就，親身感受重慶經濟社會發展新圖景。

“重慶作為獨具魅力的山水之城、美麗之地，吸引著來自世界各地的目光，是一座充滿希望的開放之城。”市政府外辦副巡視員馬勇在情況介紹會上表示，希望記者團積極宣傳介紹重慶，共同搭建友誼橋梁。

At the invitation of the Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs,media reporters from seven neighboring countries of Mongolia,the Philippines,Singapore,Myanmar,Pakistan,Sri Lanka and Nepal came to visit Chongqing from March 27th to 30th.They are aimed at exploring how Chongqing has integrated into the “Belt & Road” Initiative and created new achievements as the inland opening-up highland by experiencing the new picture of Chongqing’s economic and social development.

“Chongqing is a unique city of natural beauty and cultural appeal,attracting the attention from all over the world.It is an open city full of hope.” Ma Yong,deputy inspector of the Municipal Government’s Foreign Affairs Office,expressed his hope that the press delegation will actively promote Chongqing development and build a bridge of friendship with other countries at the press briefing.

新加坡《海峽時報》和新傳媒集團記者詢問國際陸海貿易新通道建設情況，市中新項目管理局副局長孫熙勇給出了答案，“中新互聯互通項目國際陸海貿易新通道建設是連接‘一帶一路’和長江經濟帶的戰略通道，也是重慶建設內陸開放高地的重要支撐，在重慶實施對外開放戰略中發揮著至關重要的作用。目前，中新（重慶）戰略性互聯互通示范項目國際陸海貿易新通道已形成國際鐵海聯運，跨境公路運輸和國際鐵路聯運等3種主要物流形式，下一步將在‘統、合、強、通’四方面著力加強建設。”

During the communication session,in terms of the development of the New International Land-sea Trade Corridor and sea trade that Singapore’s The Straits Times and New Media Group’s journalists were concerned about,Sun Xiyong,deputy director of the Municipal Sino-Singapore Project Administration,said that the development of the New International Land-sea Trade Corridor of the China-Singapore(Chongqing) Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity serves as a strategic channel connecting the “Belt and Road”and the Yangtze River Economic Belt,an important support for Chongqing to build an inland opening-up highland,and plays a vital role in the implementation of the opening up strategy in Chongqing.At present,the New International Land-sea Trade Corridor of the China-Singapore (Chongqing)Demonstration Initiative on Strategic Connectivity has formed three major logistics forms including international railway and sea transportation,cross-border road transportation and international railway transportation.The next step will be to strengthen four aspects of “integrity,uniformity,consolidation and interconnection”.

菲律賓SUN STAR媒體集團記者斯黛拉則關心重慶與菲律賓的經貿交流合作。馬勇表示，菲律賓是21世紀海上絲綢之路的重要國家。中菲兩國在當今“一帶一路”倡議下，各方面交流與合作煥發了新的生機。市商務委外經處處長許瑤介紹，“目前中菲間的良好關系也為雙方企業相互間經貿往來孕育了廣闊前景。近年來，赴菲投資建廠的重慶企業逐年增加。中菲兩國互惠互利的同時也增進了雙方的友誼。”

在渝期間，記者團考察了東盟國際物流園、京東全球購倉庫及宗申工業園等反映重慶市“一帶一路”建設成果的重點項目和企業；走訪重慶比格科技有限公司并與企業員工進行座談交流；前往兩江新區參訪果園港碼頭，考察果園港多式聯運體系建設。

行走其間，記者們紛紛點贊重慶城市美景。“你好，中國！你不僅是我歷史上的同志，也是我現在的朋友……”記者團團長、緬甸《北極星》報主編溫丁還即興創作了一首詩《我的中國》，以表達對中國的祝福和敬重。“這是我第一次來到重慶，‘行千里，致廣大’宣傳語讓我印象深刻。重慶是一座不眠之城，這里涌動著重慶人民的熱情和發展的活力。”溫丁說。

Stella,a reporter from the SUN STAR Media Group in the Philippines,is concerned about the economic and trade exchanges and cooperation between Chongqing and the Philippines.Xu Yao,director of the Foreign Economic Relations Department of the Municipal Commission of Commerce,said that the current sound relationship between China and the Philippines has also given birth to a broad prospect for economic and trade exchanges between the two companies.In recent years,Chongqing enterprises investing in the Philippines have increased year by year.The mutual benefit of the country also enhances the friendship between the two sides.

During the visit in Chongqing,the delegation inspected the ASEAN International Logistics Park,Jingdong Global Purchase Warehouse,Zongshen Industrial Park and other key projects and enterprises that can show the results of the “Belt and Road” construction in Chongqing.They also visited Chongqing Big Science & Technology Co.,Ltd.and held discussions with employees,and visited the Orchard Port of Liangjiang New District to inspect the construction of the multi-modal transport system of the port.

During the inspection,journalists from foreign countries highly praised the beauty of Chongqing.Wen Ding,the head of the press delegation and the editor-in-chief of Burma’sNorth Starnewspaper,also improvised a poemMy Chinato express his blessing and respect for China.“This is the first time I have come to Chongqing.I was very impressed by the slogan of Chongqing‘A tour in Chongqing,A Gain in Vision’.It is a city that never sleeps,where you can feel the enthusiasm and vitality of the people of Chongqing.” said Wen Ding.
