開放縫合與小切口非對接縫合器治療急性閉合性跟腱斷裂的臨床對比研究

【摘要】 目的：探討急性閉合性跟腱斷裂患者采用開放縫合及小切口非對接縫合器的療效差異。方法：將36例為急性閉合性跟腱斷裂患者隨機平均分為試驗組與對照組，試驗組采用小切口非對接縫合器治療，對照組應用開放縫合治療。對兩組患者手術期間失血量及手術時間、術后踝關節背伸及踝關節功能評分、術后不良并發癥情況進行記錄與對比分析。結果：兩組患者術后踝關節背伸及功能評分比較，差異無統計學意義（P>0.05）。而試驗組術中失血量及手術時間均優于對照組低，差異均有統計學意義（P<0.05）。對照組術后并發癥發生率為16.7%，試驗組術后并發癥發生率為0，差異有統計學意義（P<0.05）。結論：采用開放縫合及小切口非對接縫合器對急性閉合性跟腱斷裂患者進行治療，均具有一定的效果。其中，小切口非對接縫合器造成的創傷相對較小，患者切口愈合良好，不良并發癥發生率低，具有一定的臨床應用價值。

【Abstract】 Objective：To investigate the efficacy and differences in the treatment of patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture with open suture and small incision.Method：Thirty-six patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group was treated with small incision non-butting stapler，and the control group was treated with open suture.The blood loss and operation time during the operation，as well as the postoperative ankle joint extension and ankle function scores and postoperative adverse complications were recorded and compared.Result：There was no significant difference in the data of the ankle joint extension and functional score between the two groups（P>0.05）.The blood loss and operation time in the experimental group were better than those in the control group，and the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）.In terms of postoperative complications，the incidence of complications in the control group was 16.7%，while in the experimental group was 0，the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）.Conclusion：Open suture and small incision non-butting stapler for the treatment of patients with acute closed Achilles tendon rupture have certain effects.Among them，the small incision non-coupling stapler caused relatively small trauma，the patients incision healed well，the incidence of adverse complications was low，and it has certain clinical application value.

綜上所述，應用開放縫合與小切口非對接縫合器對急性閉合性跟腱斷裂患者進行治療均具有一定的效果，但其中小切口非對接縫合器手術時間較短，術中失血量較少，術后并發癥發生率低，具有較好的臨床推廣與應用價值。
