Who Will Move In？

我的鄰居要搬走了，經常一起玩的Jennis姐姐和她的家人要搬去另一個城市。隔壁就只剩下了空空的房子和空空的院子。Who will move in？ 誰會搬進來成為我的新鄰居呢？Let’s read the story.

Our neighbors want to move away（搬走）.

They will move to another（另一個） city.

Grandma bakes（烤） cookies.

I carry the present.

We all go to the next house and say， “Goodbye.”

“Goodbye， sister，” says Jennis.

She is the daughter of our neighbors.

I am sad and say， “Goodbye， I will miss you.”

Jennis moves away with her family.

Nobody plays with me now.

The house is empty（空的）.

The yard（庭院） is empty.

“Someone will buy the house，” Mom says.

“When？” I ask.

“Soon，” says Mom.

“Someone will move in，” Dad says.

“When？” I ask.

“Soon，” says Dad.

“We’ll have new

neighbors，” Grandma says.

“When？” I ask.

“Soon，” says Grandma.

But the house stays empty.

The yard stays empty.

Who will move in？

And when？

Then， a truck comes to the next door.

“Someone has bought（買下了） the house，” Mom says.

“Who？” I ask.

“I don’t know，” says Mom.

“Someone is moving in，” Dad says.

“Who？” I ask.

“I don’t know，” says Dad.

“We have new neighbors，” Grandma says.

“Who？” I ask.

“I don’t know，” says Grandma.

“Let’s find out！” I say.

Grandma bakes cookies.

I carry the present.

We all go to the next door and say， “Hello.”
