高考英語書面表達之告知信寫作指導(dǎo)

高考英語書面表達中的告知信通常是告訴或通知某個英美或其他說英語國家的人士某一項重要信息，如活動安排、上課計劃、方案簡介、招聘信息、征文報名等。在高考真題中，告知信中要告知的內(nèi)容均屬于積極向上的正能量信息。此類信件要求考生將寫作要點言簡意賅、清晰準確地傳遞給對方。在信中應(yīng)先告知寫信的目的，在主體段落中要把要點信息在緊扣主題的前題下進行恰當?shù)赝卣梗缓鬁蚀_又合理地告知對方，在尾段中禮貌地表達自己的期盼，以達到交際目的。

一、常用句式

1. 告知信首段：寫信目的。

（1）Im writing to inform you that...

（2）Its my great pleasure to provide you with...

（3）I feel much honored to tell you something about...

（4）Im more than delighted to give you some information concerning ...

（5）Knowing that you have a keen interest in...， Im delighted to inform you that ...

2. 主體段落：告知具體內(nèi)容（以告知活動安排為例）。

（1）活動的時間地點

It is going to be held +地點+時間

It is scheduled to be shown +地點+時間

As scheduled， it will kick off +地點+時間

Im wondering if you could turn up +地點+時間

Would you please be so kind as to arrive +地點+時間

（2）活動目的和內(nèi)容

The theme of the campaign is...

The activity is aimed to promote...

The exhibition is to be shown for the purpose of promoting...

There is a wide range of .... on display， including ...

Youll enjoy a diverse collection of ...， ...included.

（3）活動的意義

Im pretty sure that youll have a deeper understanding of ...

（4）如何適當增加細節(jié)（以2018年全國I卷書面表達為例）。

增加與要點相關(guān)的狀語或狀語從句

By tradition， the hosts prefer their guests to arrive early and give some help when the family are preparing the dinner.

It will be better if the gifts are made by yourself.

列舉具體事例

Besides， what is strongly suggested is bringing some gifts， like red wine or cakes.

People often consider that putting food onto othersplates is polite， especially the eldersand the guests.

增加which非限制性定語從句

Also dont feel surprised at the conversation at the table， which is really common and traditional in China.

3. 告知信尾段：期待建議和回復(fù)

（2）Your timely reply will be highly appreciated.

（3）If you have any other questions， dont hesitate to turn to me.
