緬甸防聚集性疫情取消潑水節

2020年3月13日，緬甸總統府發布公告說，為防范新冠肺炎疫情在人群聚集的地方傳播，從即日起至4月30日，禁止舉辦包括傳統活動潑水節在內的大型活動。公告表示，緬甸衛生和體育部將實時發布新冠肺炎病例相關信息。

2020馬來西亞國際旅游年活動取消

2020年3月19日，馬來西亞旅游、藝術及文化部宣布，受疫情影響，取消2020馬來西亞國際旅游年（Visit Truly Asia Malaysia Year 2020）活動。2020馬來西亞國際旅游年活動于2019年12月31日正式被推介，其目標是吸引3000萬人次的游客赴馬來西亞觀光消費并帶來1000億林吉特（約合1600億元人民幣）的收入。

菲律賓暫停入境簽證發放和免簽待遇

2020年3月19日，菲律賓外交部發布通知稱，將立即暫停入境簽證發放工作，此前簽發的簽證也將失效，持有9A臨時簽證和旅游簽證的外國公民從3月22日起不得入境。但外國政府和國際組織的工作人員持有的簽證以及菲律賓籍公民的外籍配偶和子女所持有的簽證繼續有效。

《周游記》首播：周杰倫打卡新加坡

越南將暫停外國人入境

2020年3月21日，由于新冠肺炎疫情嚴峻，越南政府已決定從3月22日起暫停允許外國人入境，一些特殊情形確需入境者，如外交和公務人員、重大外交活動參與者或專家、企業管理者和高級技術人員等，需要進行健康申報才能獲得簽證，且入境后必須按規定接受隔離觀察。

文萊宣布禁止外國公民入境或轉機

2020年3月24日，文萊政府宣布實施入境禁令，從3月24日起包括國際機場在內的所有海陸空口岸禁止外國人入境或自文萊轉機。文萊內政部和文萊駐海外機構停止發放簽證。

文萊政府此前已實施多項防疫措施，包括禁止所有國內居民離境，關閉宗教場所和文體設施，禁止集體活動，餐廳停止堂食等。

中老鐵路鋪軌：中老文旅迎來新機遇

2020年3月27日，中老鐵路老撾段開始進入鋪軌階段。鐵路修通后，從中國云南磨憨到老撾萬象，原先開車需要16個小時的路程，今后3個小時便可到達。鐵路預計2021年底建成通車，中國游客前往老撾將會更便利，屆時中老旅游將迎來新篇章。

柬埔寨防疫情蔓延限制外國公民入境

2020年3月28日，根據柬埔寨外交部發布的公告，為阻止新冠肺炎疫情擴散蔓延，將采取更加嚴格的限制外國公民入境措施。從3月30日23時59分起，將暫停所有免簽政策，暫停旅游簽證、電子簽證和落地簽證發放，為期一個月。持外交簽證和公務簽證入境不受影響。

泰國旅游勝地普吉“封島”

2020年3月30日，泰國普吉府發布公告：即日起至4月30日封鎖進出普吉島的所有陸路、水路交通，禁止所有車輛及人員經由連接普吉島和泰國本土的碼頭出入，但運送生活必需品、液化石油氣、燃油、建筑材料、醫療設備的車輛以及救援車輛、救護車、政府公務車輛、運送快遞和印刷物的車輛除外，航空交通則將于4月10日關閉。

馬來西亞對所有入境者實施強制隔離

2020年3月31日，馬來西亞宣布所有入境者將被帶往隔離中心進行為期14天的隔離醫學觀察，該措施適用于馬來西亞所有陸海空入境口岸。馬來西亞政府于3月18日開始實施行動限制令，現延至4月14日，包括禁止各種集會、關閉大部分機構、限制民眾出行、實施出入境禁令等。

泰國實行宵禁 泰航亞航停飛所有航線

2020年4月2日，泰國總理兼國防部長巴育表示：4月3日開始實行全國宵禁，宵禁期間除必要出行的人員包括醫療人員、醫療用品運輸、病患送治、能源運輸、隔離區人員轉移等外，其他民眾禁止出行。同時，泰國國際航空公司和亞洲航空公司從4月1日起停飛所有國內及國際航線。

泰國總理下令延緩入境政策

2020年4月2日，泰國總理巴育下令采取延緩泰國公民及外籍人士入境政策，自4月2日起至4月15日，無論是泰國公民還是外籍人士，若無特別必要或事先申報，將延緩入境泰國。此前泰國政府已從3月26日起正式實施緊急狀態法，并關閉所有邊境口岸。
