[摘要] 目的 在微信群的基礎(chǔ)上,研究外科護(hù)理教學(xué)中應(yīng)用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的效果。方法 將2018年2月—2019年2月該學(xué)校外科護(hù)理專業(yè)的兩個(gè)班級(jí)作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)教學(xué)方式的不同對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行分組,即實(shí)驗(yàn)組89名,實(shí)施基于微信群的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式,對(duì)照組87名,實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,對(duì)比兩組學(xué)生的教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果 經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)分析表明,實(shí)驗(yàn)組學(xué)生的知識(shí)掌握的能力得到了顯著提高,學(xué)習(xí)積極性較高,實(shí)踐能力以及自主學(xué)習(xí)能力也得到了顯著的提高,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 在外科護(hù)理教學(xué)中實(shí)施基于微信群的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂教學(xué)模式,有較好的效果,不僅強(qiáng)化了學(xué)生的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)以及技能,還激發(fā)了學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的積極性,可以更好地適應(yīng)教學(xué)環(huán)境。

[Abstract] Objective Based on the WeChat group, to study the effect of applying flipped classroom in surgical nursing teaching. Methods From February 2018 to February 2019, two classes of the Department of Surgery and Nursing in the school were used as research objects. The research subjects were grouped according to different teaching methods, that is, 89 cases in the experimental group, and a flip classroom teaching based on WeChat group was implemented. 87 cases in the control group, implemented the traditional teaching mode, and compared the teaching effects of the two groups of students. Results The experimental analysis showed that the students in the experimental group had significantly improved their knowledge grasping ability, higher enthusiasm for learning, and improved their practical and autonomous learning abilities. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The implementation of the WeChat group-based flip classroom teaching mode in surgical nursing teaching has good results. It not only strengthens the students basic knowledge and skills, but also stimulates students' enthusiasm for learning, which can better adapt to the teaching environment.

在實(shí)際的教學(xué)中,將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂也稱之為顛倒課堂。此種教學(xué)理念的產(chǎn)生來(lái)源于薩爾曼·可汗,經(jīng)過(guò)不斷的發(fā)展和完善,形成現(xiàn)今的翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂。此種教學(xué)模式具有的特征有如下幾點(diǎn):①在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)以及計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)的支持下,方可實(shí)現(xiàn);②翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的主體是學(xué)生,在教學(xué)中學(xué)生可以根據(jù)自己的學(xué)習(xí)情況,自己進(jìn)行課程的安排,教師的作用就是根據(jù)學(xué)生的問(wèn)題,來(lái)解答疑問(wèn);③具有較強(qiáng)的互動(dòng)性,實(shí)現(xiàn)了老師與學(xué)生的互動(dòng),學(xué)生之間的互動(dòng),學(xué)生與教學(xué)資源的互動(dòng)等。而微信是現(xiàn)今最為流行的交流平臺(tái),各個(gè)年齡段都有廣泛的應(yīng)用,微信群的建立,提高了信息傳播的效率,將翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂與微信群進(jìn)行有效結(jié)合,可有效地提高翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的教學(xué)效率,提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量[1]。該文將2018年2月—2019年2月該學(xué)校外科護(hù)理專業(yè)的兩個(gè)班級(jí)作為研究對(duì)象,基于微信群的基礎(chǔ)上實(shí)驗(yàn)研究在外科護(hù)理教學(xué)中應(yīng)用翻轉(zhuǎn)課堂的教學(xué)效果,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
1? 對(duì)象與方法
1.1? 研究對(duì)象
將該學(xué)校外科護(hù)理專業(yè)的兩個(gè)班級(jí)作為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)教學(xué)方式的不同對(duì)研究對(duì)象進(jìn)行分組,即實(shí)驗(yàn)組89名,對(duì)照組87名。此176名研究對(duì)象均為外科護(hù)理專業(yè)的學(xué)生,教學(xué)課時(shí)相同,實(shí)驗(yàn)組研究對(duì)象中有男性45名、女性44名,平均年齡為(21.32±3.25)歲;對(duì)照組研究對(duì)象中有男性45名、女性42名,平均年齡為(22.31±3.12)歲。兩組研究對(duì)象的一般資料差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05),可進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)研究。
1.2? 方法
對(duì)照組的研究對(duì)象實(shí)施傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)模式,主要是按照《外科護(hù)理學(xué)》的模塊對(duì)學(xué)生實(shí)施教學(xué),教學(xué)課時(shí)為28個(gè),主要是通過(guò)教師傳授、多媒體教學(xué)以及學(xué)生自習(xí)的方式進(jìn)行教學(xué)。
