未來兒童發(fā)展中心是一家公共機(jī)構(gòu),坐落在安蒂奧基亞省里奧內(nèi)格羅。該中心可容納多達(dá)400名兒童,主要為周邊同名社區(qū)的居民。
這座新建的總部是單層的磚砌建筑,由一系列的拱形亭館組成,取代了早已無法滿足此類功能需求的小建筑。兒童中心的一側(cè)面朝馬爾帕索峽谷和森林,而另一側(cè)則面向該項(xiàng)目用地上的人工種植森林。
這些亭館均用作教室,可直接通往一系列庭院——不僅起到充分通風(fēng)及照明的作用,還能在孩子與大自然之間建立起親密關(guān)系——使景觀在教育空間中常駐,將教室與大自然有效融合。
此類亭館由與之垂直的體量相連,為該項(xiàng)目提供了集體區(qū)域:一間可作為有頂大型庭院的食堂、行政設(shè)施、為家長(zhǎng)與學(xué)生服務(wù)的設(shè)施、一間對(duì)外開放且供社區(qū)使用的禮堂,以及為等待孩子的家長(zhǎng)們擋風(fēng)遮雨的有頂大廳。
整個(gè)項(xiàng)目周全地考慮了兒童的身高尺度:壁龕、窗戶、家具均是他們可觸及的高度。這樣一來,孩子們可以構(gòu)建自己專屬的空間景觀。每個(gè)房間的色彩處理均賦予了其獨(dú)特的性格,讓各個(gè)空間都易于識(shí)別及使用。 (王單單 譯)

The El Porvenir Child Development Centre is a public institution, located in the municipality of Rionegro, Antioquia. The centre can house up to a total of four hundred children, mainly inhabitants of the neighbouring neighbourhood of the same name.
The new headquarters, which replaces a small building that did not meet the needs of this type of facility, is a single-level brick building made up of a series of vaulted pavilions projecting towards the Malpaso ravine and towards a forest that has been planted as part of the intervention.
These pavilions house the classrooms that have a direct link with a series of courtyards. This allows not only adequate ventilation and lighting but also enables a direct relationship between the children and nature, giving the landscape a permanent presence in the educational spaces and enabling the effective integration of the classrooms with nature.
These pavilions are joined by a volume that is arranged perpendicular to them, and they houses the collective areas of the project: a canteen that functions as a large covered courtyard,administration facilities, services for parents and students, an auditorium that opens directly to the exterior to allow direct use for the community and a covered hall so that parents can wait for their young children without being affected by the weather.
The scale of the children appears throughout the project, niches, windows and furniture are arranged at their height, allowing them to build their own landscape, only available to them. The colour treatment of each of the rooms also gives them a particular character that allows easy identification and appropriation of each space.

袁野:連續(xù)且平行排列的獨(dú)立拱頂將建筑分解為若干“亭館”,從而減弱了與周邊環(huán)境的沖突,并從外部給人以富有韻律的統(tǒng)一印象。建筑內(nèi)部拱形天花覆蓋下的教室具有穩(wěn)定性和包容感,各種小尺度空間處理令人印象深刻。每座教室皆與周圍庭院相連,巨大的落地窗令教室充溢著綠色景觀、日光和新鮮的空氣。
建筑具有沉靜的氣質(zhì):暗紅色磚墻、暴露在外的清水混凝土柱、梁和走廊吊頂、支撐連廊屋頂?shù)暮谏撝植康奶S色彩注入趣味要素,活潑了空間的氛圍。長(zhǎng)長(zhǎng)的走廊以及穿越室內(nèi)外帶來的戲劇性的光線變化賦予空間以不同的性格特征,符合兒童在需要安全感的同時(shí)渴望多樣化空間體驗(yàn)的心理需求。

Sarah Scott: The El Porvenir Child Development Centre is a wonderful example of pared back minimalism that is still fun and specifically designed for children. Consisting of a parallel arrangement of simple brick pavilions projecting into the landscape,the rigid arrangement is softened by the vaulted curve of their roofs and the low single storey mass of the building, attracting eyes on the ground plane and surrounding landscape.
The low scale, so perfect for children, is emphasised by the windows and niches, all playfully arranged at a child's height, in a staggered seemingly random manner and picked out in bright colours. The materials used are robust and yet very sensory: red brick, raw concrete, yellow floors, black structure,exposed services against the ceiling in different colours. The spaces are generous, both inside and outside, not just practical but beneficial for natural light and ventilation.
YUAN Ye: The continuous and parallel arrangement of independent vaults divides the building into several "pavilions", which weakens the conflict with the surrounding environment and gives a rhythmic unified impression from the outside. The classroom covered by arched ceiling inside the building has a sense of stability and inclusiveness, and various small-scale spaces are impressive. Each classroom is connected with the surrounding courtyard. The huge French windows make the classroom merge in green landscape, sunlight and fresh air.
The building has a quiet temperament: dark red brick walls, exposed fair-faced concrete columns, beams and corridor ceiling, black steel columns supporting the corridor roof, etc. The local lively colour injects interesting elements and enlivens the atmosphere of the space. The long corridor and the dramatic light changes through the indoor and outdoor give the space different personality characteristics, which meets the psychological needs of children in need of a sense of security and desire for diversified spatial experience.
