1 總平面/Site plan

迦南葡萄酒廠項目位于河北省懷來縣。業主對迦南葡萄酒廠的定位是建設亞洲地區高端的葡萄酒莊園。酒莊內包含釀酒主廠房、倉庫、大門門廊等多棟建筑，還包括污水處理站。生產規模為生產加工葡萄2500t/年，可產酒1875t，屬于較大規模的葡萄酒生產基地。

該項目建筑風格獨樹一幟，建筑功能多元并進。

葡萄種植生產基地即位于莊園內，建筑物錯落其間，形成濃郁的田園莊園氣氛。簡潔大氣的建筑造型，舒展的金屬屋頂，穩重的整體混凝土墻面，結合鋼結構的細部構件，棕色系的色彩與葡萄酒文化相映襯，并不高聳的建筑形體與整個酒莊融為一體，建筑形象將葡萄酒文化與現代氣息有機融合并展示出來。

生產不再是葡萄酒廠的唯一功能，多元化深層次的周邊產業的開發，更能充分發揮酒廠的潛能。展覽、接待、參觀、舉辦小型活動等延伸產業，對建筑功能布局提出了新的要求，也豐富了建筑的空間和品質。主廠房前區設置有展覽區、VIP 接待及辦公等區域，考慮到形象展示的要求，生產區域的設計也更加精致和完美，將生產工藝的美感體現得淋漓盡致。

選用新型建筑材料、建筑技術大膽創新是該項目的特色。外墻板采用了預制彩色混凝土復合夾芯墻板，內墻板為預制清水混凝土復合夾芯墻板。該材料的運用在當時的工業建筑設計中有其探索性和突破性。國外現澆混凝土復合夾芯墻板是應用很成熟和廣泛的建筑材料，但國內由于沒有先例，施工技術及經驗不足，結合該項目的外觀特色并從節能角度考慮，確認預制混凝土復合墻板最適合這個項目的墻體。該項目中，預制彩色混凝土復合墻板實現了工業建筑的大體塊立面要求，適應特殊工業建筑的高性能指標要求，墻體內外無需二次裝飾面層，節省工期，耐久性好，后期維護成本低。

該項目從功能性及建筑體量形象的另一個角度出發，不同于傳統葡萄酒釀造，而是將發酵間、酒窖設置在地上，滿足工藝要求的同時，在運輸上有其優越性，并與戶外場地做到了有機結合。

3 外景/Exterior views

The Canaan Winery project is located in Huailai County, Hebei Province. The owner's vision for Canaan Winery is to build a high-end wine estate in Asia. The winery includes the main wine-making plant, warehouses, gate porch and other buildings,as well as a sewage treatment station. Production scale is 2500 tons of grapes processing per year, with a capacity of 1875 tons of wine, making the winery one of the larger wine production bases.

The architectural style of the project is unique and the building functions are diversified.

The grape growing and production base is located inside a manor, and the buildings are scattered among them, forming a strong atmosphere of idyllic manor. All the elements,including the simplicity of the architecture, the expansive metal roof, the solid concrete walls,the steel details, and the brown colouring, etc.contribute to demonstrating the wine culture,while the modest building form blends well with the entire winery. As a result, the wine culture and modern style are organically integrated and demonstrated through the architecture image.

Production is no longer the only function of the winery, in fact, the diversification and in-depth development of its surrounding industries will give full play to the potential of the winery. Exhibitions,receptions, tourism, small events and other extended industries have raised new demands on the building's functional layout, and enriched the building's space and quality at the same time. In front of the main plant building, there are exhibition, VIP reception and office areas, and considering the need for image demonstration, the production area is designed to be more sophisticated and perfect, reflecting the beauty of the production process.

The project is characterised by the use of new building materials and bold innovation in construction technology. The exterior wall panels are made of pre-coloured concrete composite sandwich panels, while the interior wall panels are made of pre-cast fair-faced concrete composite sandwich panels. The application of this material was an exploratory and breakthrough in the industrial building design at that time. Cast-in-place concrete composite sandwich wall panel is a very mature and widely used building material abroad,but due to lack of precedents, related construction technology and experience were insufficient in China. The precast concrete composite wall panel was confirmed to be the most suitable material for the wall of the project, taking into account the project's appearance characteristics and energysaving considerations. In this project, the precast coloured concrete composite wall panel fulfils the requirements of large block fa?ade for industrial buildings and adapts to the requirements of high performance indexes for special industrial buildings,with no need for secondary decorative finishes on inside or outside walls, reducing construction period with ideal durability and low maintenance cost.

From another perspective of functionality and building volume image, this project is different from traditional wine brewing by setting the fermentation room and wine cellar on the ground, which not only meets the requirements of technology, but also realises advantages in transportation and an organic integration with the outdoor area. 王國鈺：該項目與周邊環境契合，適宜的尺度，交疊錯落有致的建筑，宛若從大地上生長出來，融入周邊的葡萄園地和遠方的大山之間。功能多元化突破了傳統葡萄酒廠單一的生產功能，極大挖掘了項目的潛能，并使產業功能得到延伸。注重新型建筑材料應用和建筑技術創新，通過材料選擇、細節處理和色彩應用，呈現了外在的葡萄酒文化特質和內在的工藝美感，豐富了建筑空間，提升了建筑品質。

曹勝昔：三產融合的工業旅游建筑是一種新型的工業建筑形式，游客的觀摩體驗與農業生產、工業加工、市場推廣高度融合，同時還要解決好游客對生產環節的不利影響。在釀酒行業，傳統酒莊式的建造方法已經無法滿足商業模式創新的需要。項目團隊率先在國內采用預制混凝土復合夾芯墻板裝配式建造技術，大幅縮減建設工期；發揮材料性能優勢，保證釀造窖藏對溫濕度的環境要求；各種管線精心選材敷設，采取多種技術措施避免游客對生產過程造成的不利影響。材料與空間相契合、獨特的大地景觀、情境感的氣氛烘托，恰到好處地令人在不經意間時時處處感受到該企業的文化魅力。

WANG Guoyu: The project fits in the surrounding area very well. With the appropriate scale,overlapped and interspersed buildings seem like growing out of the earth, blending into the surrounding grape fields and the mountains in the distance. Functional pluralism breaks through the single function of production of traditional winery, and thus the potential of the project is greatly explored and the industrial programme is extended. It pays attention to the application of new building materials and the innovation of building technology. Through the selection of materials, the detail treatment and colour application, it presents the external cultural characteristics of wine and the internal aesthetic feeling of craftsmanship, enriching the building space and improving the building quality. CAO Shengxi: The industrial tourism building is a new-type industrial construction, integrating agricultural production, industrial processing and marketing, and providing tourists with visiting experience to be highly immersed in while avoiding their adverse effects on production process. In the wine-making industry, the traditional winery-style construction mode is no longer acceptable to the demand of business model innovation. Therefore, the project team boldly adopts the precast concrete composite sandwich wall panel assembly construction technology in China, greatly reducing the construction period, gives full play to the performance advantages of materials to ensure the environmental requirements of temperature and humidity in the brewing cellar, carefully selects and lays all kinds of pipes/wires, and takes various technical measures to prevent tourists from adversely affecting the production process. The perfect integration of materials and space, unique landscape, and situational atmosphere around are just right to make people feel the charm of the enterprise's culture.
