Since the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak, China across the whole country has carried out mobilization rapidly, from medical staff, civil servants and military personnel to volunteers and masses, who have on their own posts fully responded to the epidemic situation.The hard work done by and the spiritual outlook shown by the Chinese people have demonstrated the power of unity and amazed the world.

China's effective prevention and control measures have won time for other countries to combat the epidemic outbreak. It is necessary for China to take very strict measures. The fact that China can contain the epidemic outbreak is mainly the result of these strong measures. Always prioritizing people's life safety and health is the first principle of China's response to the epidemic outbreak. The great sacrifice contributed by the people of Wuhan and Hubei has not only made an important contribution to China, but also to the world's fight against the epidemic.Relevant measures have brought certain impact on China's economy,but these measures are all aimed at containing the epidemic outbreak,saving lives and restoring normal economic and social operation order as soon as possible.

The epidemic outbreak tests everything.Despite the media's call for people to defend themselves against viruses, not against the specific groups of people, and there are still some people who are difficult to distinguish the two scientifically in the face of fear, leading to discrimination against some of those with Chinese blood and even Asian blood in some countries.Discrimination is a manifestation of ignorance.Although this kind of behavior is not worth refuting, it is indeed a major resistance for mankind to fight against the epidemic together. The social panic caused by the epidemic outbreak also tests the governance capacity of various countries.In some countries, public panic is spreading.The overall stability of Chinese public sentiment lies in the strong mobilization ability released by the strong and effective leadership of the Chinese Government.

The conoravirus finds no national boundaries, and international cooperation is crucial to fighting the pandemic outbreak.Governments of various countries must be open to solve problems, and any act of shirking responsibility is irresponsible to the world. Despite the different national conditions, many countries show some problems in common for the epidemic prevention and control, including whether a government can take timely and effective measures and how to correctly handle the relationship between the central and local governments. In these aspects, China has accumulated a rich experience, which can be used for reference by other countries on the basis of the appropriate national conditions.

At present, the spread of the epidemic has caused a lot of losses to the world economy.From the internal supply chain to the external industrial chain, the normal economic activities of various countries are facing severe challenges. On the premise that the prevention and control of the epidemic outbreak is not relaxed, China is making every effort to resume production and economic recovery,which will alleviate the impact of the epidemic outbreak on the world economy.

If China's fight against the epidemic outbreak is the first half, then cooperation between various countries is the second half of the global prevention and control efforts to fight the resistance war against the epidemic. With the deepening development of economic globalization and the frequent flow of people,no country can be invincible to respond to the non-traditional security challenges alone. In the face of major public health events, various countries around the world need to cooperate in an all-round way from top down and bottom up. China has accumulated rich and valuable experience for the whole world in various aspects. With an open mind, China has been sharing information with international organizations and various other countries.China and the World Health Organization have achieved close cooperation and achieved good results.China continuously works with other countries to share not only professional experience in response to the epidemic outbreak, but also experience in public health governance.
