[摘要] 目的 探討人性化服務護理在心血管內科臨床護理中的重要意義。方法 方便選取2018年11月—2019年11月該院所接收的160例心血管內科患者為研究對象,將這160例患者隨機分為兩組,對于對照組的80例患者采取常規護理模式,對于觀察組的80例患者在常規護理的基礎之上采取人性化服務護理干預的方式。在干預1個月之后,對比分析兩組患者對于相關護理人員的滿意程度。結果 觀察組的患者對于護理人員的滿意程度達到97.5%,明顯要高于對照組50.00%,差異有統計學意義(χ2=46.618,P<0.05)。結論 將人性化服務護理干預應用到心血管內科臨床護理之中,使得患者能夠提高對于護理人員的滿意程度,因此,人性化護理干預值得在心血管內科臨床護理中加以推廣。

Exploring the Application of Humanized Service in Clinical Nursing of Cardiovascular Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the importance of humanized service nursing in clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine. Methods Convenienty selected 160 patients in cardiovascular medicine received from November 2018 to November 2019 as research objects. The 160 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The 80 patients in the control group were treated with conventional care. The 80 patients in the observation group took humanized service nursing intervention on the basis of routine care. After 1 month of intervention, the two groups of patients were compared and analyzed for their satisfaction with the relevant nursing staff. Results The patients in the observation group were 97.5% satisfied with the nursing staff, which was significantly higher than 50% in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (χ2=46.618, P<0.05). Conclusion The application of humanized service nursing intervention to the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine enable the patients to increase their satisfaction with nursing staff, therefore, humanized nursing intervention is worthy of promotion in the clinical nursing of cardiovascular medicine.

心血管疾病,是指以心臟為基礎,所引起的心臟功能障礙、阻塞等疾病,具有發病率高、病死率高等特征[1]。心血管疾病作為一種慢性疾病,在當代人群中十分常見,很多患者在得知自己的病情以后會出現緊張、焦慮等心理,并且由于心血管疾病經常會引發其他的病癥,威脅患者的生命安全[2]。為了能夠有效幫助心血管內科患者控制自己的病情,利用人性化服務護理干預就顯得十分必要。人性化服務指的是生活護理、用藥護理、疼痛護理、心理護理、以及健康知識宣教等5個方面的護理情況,對于心血管患者有著十分重要的意義。因此,該文對2018年11月—2019年11月所接收的80例心血管內科患者實施人性化服務護理干預,進行初步的分析,現報道如下。
1 ?資料與方法
1.1 ?一般資料
該次研究方便選取該院接收的160例心血管內科患者進行分析。其中觀察組80例,男性患者48例,女性患者32例;年齡55~74歲。對照組80例,男性患者44例,女性患者36例;年齡56~77歲。該次研究病例通過倫理委員會批準并且征得患者及其家屬同意。該次選取的病例排除有過往病史、精神壓抑不正常等患者。對兩組患者的年齡、性別等一般資料進行比較,差異無統計學意義(P>0.05),具有可比性。
