“I will accept everything I am， and everything I am not.”

Self- worth comes from one thing： thinking that you are worthy. So be confident. Too many days are wasted comparing ourselves to others and wishing to be something we arent. Everybody has their own strengths and weaknesses， and it is only when you accept everything you are， and arent， that you will truly find happiness and success.

“I will appreciate others for who they are.”

Sometimes the way you think about a person isnt the way they are. On the outside， maybe they laugh， and maybe they cry; but you would be surprised at everything they keep deep inside. So pay close attention， and love the people you care about for who they are， and not for who you want them to be. In the long run， this is how you will get the best of them.

“I will speak kindly and consciously to others.”

Open your mind before you open your mouth. Dont mix bad words with a bad mood. Just be calm and deal with your emotions. Youll have many opportunities to change your mood， but youll have an extremely tough time recovering the words you have spoken.

“I will stop trying to control everything.”

You cant control everything in your life no matter how many safeguards you put into place. But thankfully， you dont have to control everything to find peace and happiness. It lives with you always， deep within. More than getting into the nuances of control itself， you should be more interested in en? couraging yourself to commit to giving it up， on purpose. See what happens when you loosen your grip， throw your hands in? to the air， and allow life to just happen and flow as it does，

“我愿意接受全部的自己，無(wú)論好壞。”

自我價(jià)值來(lái)源于對(duì)自我的認(rèn)可。所以自信一點(diǎn)吧。太多時(shí)候，我們都把時(shí)間浪費(fèi)在了與他人的比較之上以及期許自己成為另外的樣子。每個(gè)人都有自己的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)，只有當(dāng)你接受全部的自己，無(wú)論好壞，你才能真正地找到快樂(lè)與成功。

“我愿意欣賞他人最真實(shí)的一面。”

有時(shí)候你覺(jué)得別人是什么樣子的，不代表他們就是你所想的那樣。從外表看起來(lái)，他們可能歡笑，也可能流淚，但你可能會(huì)為發(fā)現(xiàn)他們內(nèi)在的真實(shí)而感到驚奇。所以，仔細(xì)觀(guān)察你在乎和你愛(ài)的人，只因?yàn)樗麄冊(cè)镜臉幼樱皇悄阆Ｍ麄兂蔀榈臉幼印ｉL(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)來(lái)看，只有這樣你才能發(fā)現(xiàn)他們最好的一面。

“我愿意心平氣和地與人交談。”

三思而后行。不要因?yàn)樾那椴缓枚诔鰫貉浴＠潇o下來(lái)，好好處理一下自己的情緒。你有很多機(jī)會(huì)可以調(diào)整自己的心情，但是一旦說(shuō)話(huà)傷到了別人，就很難再恢復(fù)你們之間的關(guān)系了。

“我愿意停止想要掌控一切的想法。”

無(wú)論你為自己設(shè)置多少重保護(hù)，你都無(wú)法掌控一切。幸運(yùn)的是，你不需要掌控一切，依然可以找到快樂(lè)與寧?kù)o，它們就存在于你內(nèi)心深處，時(shí)刻與你相隨。與其為了控制一切而憂(yōu)心忡忡，不如有意識(shí)地鼓勵(lì)自己學(xué)會(huì)放手。當(dāng)你松開(kāi)你的掌心，讓生活順其自然，不再施加任何的控制時(shí)，看看生活會(huì)發(fā)生什么變化。

Positive minds live positive lives. There is always， al ? ways something to be thankful for and something to smile about. The happiest people are not those who get everything they want; they are those who， while in pursuit of worthy goals， notice and appreciate the beauty and sweetness of ev? eryday moments.

“I will do what I think is right.”

What comes easy wont always last， and what will last won t always come easy. So do the right things， not the easy things. Whatever comes your way， whatever battle is raging in ? side you， you always have a choice. In the end， its the choic? es you make that make you who you are. And no matter what， you can always choose to do the right thing.

“I will grow from my challenges.”

You can be stunned， awakened， and changed by what happens to you， but choose to grow from it， and refuse to be re ? duced by it. Repeat after me：“I am determined to live a hap? py life no matter my challenges. I will turn all my tales of fury into tales of glory. I will turn all of my tales of woe into tales of WOW！”

“I will realize and use my power.”

The most common way people give up their power is by thinking they dont have any. In a world filled with doubt， you must dare to dream. In a world filled with anger， you must dare to forgive. In a world filled with hate， you must dare to love. In a world filled with distrust， you must dare to believe. And once you do， you will find that power you once thought you lacked.

“I will follow the path my heart longs to take.”

Life is too short to live with regrets. So love the things that make you smile， let go of the things that make you cry， and believe that everything happens for a reason. Follow the path that your heart longs to take; its your time to shine. If you get a chance， take it. If it changes your life， let it. You are far from what you once were， but not yet who you are going to be.

“我愿意欣賞從小處散發(fā)出來(lái)的美。”

樂(lè)觀(guān)的人會(huì)有樂(lè)觀(guān)的心態(tài)。生活中總是會(huì)有東西值得你去感激，去微笑面對(duì)。世上最快樂(lè)的人不是那些得到了一切想要的東西的人，而是那些在追尋自己的目標(biāo)的過(guò)程中，能夠發(fā)現(xiàn)并欣賞每一個(gè)小細(xì)節(jié)中所散發(fā)出的美好。

“我愿意做我認(rèn)為正確的事情。”

容易得到的東西不會(huì)長(zhǎng)久，能夠長(zhǎng)久的東西不容易得到。所以，做正確的事不是一件容易的事。無(wú)論你遇到什么，無(wú)論你的內(nèi)心有多掙扎，你總能做出一個(gè)選擇。最終，是你的選擇成就了你是什么樣的人。事實(shí)是，無(wú)論怎樣，你總能選擇去做正確的事。

“我愿意從挑戰(zhàn)中成長(zhǎng)。”

在面對(duì)挑戰(zhàn)時(shí)，你也許會(huì)被嚇到，會(huì)受刺激，會(huì)做出改變，但你應(yīng)該從挑戰(zhàn)中成長(zhǎng)，而不是被挑戰(zhàn)所打敗。跟著我說(shuō)：“無(wú)論我面對(duì)的挑戰(zhàn)是什么，我都要幸福地生活。我會(huì)把所有的憤怒轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闃s耀，讓所有的敵人為我驚嘆！”

“我愿意發(fā)現(xiàn)并施展我的才能。”

很多情況下，人們放棄自己的才能是因?yàn)橛X(jué)得自己沒(méi)有才能。在這個(gè)滿(mǎn)是懷疑的世界中，你必須敢于夢(mèng)想;在這個(gè)滿(mǎn)是憤怒的世界中，你必須敢于原諒;在這個(gè)滿(mǎn)是仇恨的世界中，你必須敢于去愛(ài);在這個(gè)滿(mǎn)是失信的世界中，你必須敢于相信。一旦你這么做了，你就會(huì)找到原本你認(rèn)為自己不具有的才能。

“我愿意聽(tīng)從自己的心聲走下去。”

人生苦短，豈能留憾？去愛(ài)那些能讓你微笑的事物，放棄那些會(huì)讓你哭泣的東西，相信世間萬(wàn)物的發(fā)生都有其原因。追隨心之所向，這是你的閃耀時(shí)光。如果機(jī)會(huì)降臨到你面前，抓住它。如果它會(huì)改變你的生活，那就順其自然。你已經(jīng)不是過(guò)去的自己了，未來(lái)的路還得由你自己來(lái)走。
