首鋼三高爐博物館、西十冬奧廣場和星巴克項目，位于首鋼園區西北角，是百年首鋼建設的肇始之地，承載了一個世紀來現代工業的民族夢想。

基地區域是園區主要高爐煉鐵工藝及附屬工藝設施區，其中高爐為煉鐵設施，轉運站、筒倉、料倉是高爐供儲料設施，聯合泵站、星巴克咖啡是高爐冷卻泵送和除塵附屬工藝設施。

項目通過“保持工業遺存工藝肌理、保持既有風貌的結構加固、保持材料歷史信息的界面、表達建筑空間的設備集成、材料的在地性和集體記憶留存、工業遺存集聚地基礎配套設施、工業遺存聚集地活力提升設施、工業遺存風貌肌理光環境營造”八大技術策略支撐“封存舊、拆除余、織補新”的核心理念。從而在物理環境中盡力維持遺產原真狀態，打開工業區隔對話自然，植入新功能融入城市入社會生活，呈現對歷史、自然和城市的敬意。使工業遺存不再是靜寂,蕭瑟和冰冷的“遺忘之地”，轉身為熱烈、積極和溫情的“活力之匙”。

整個建筑群在保持工業遺存原真性的前提下，通過近人尺度的插建和加建縫合了工業和人性尺度的落差。基地內散落的工業構筑物通過謹慎織補，既再現了既有工藝肌理，又將工藝導向布局轉化為人性導向的城市布局，以充滿敬意的方式表達了對工業文化的有機傳承。

評委評語

在中國城市化進程由增量發展進入存量更新的今天，如何在延續城市時代記憶的同時，通過設計賦能，帶動城市有機更新并賦予新的活力是社會給予建筑師新的歷史命題。作為國內大規模的重工業遺產更新項目，首鋼工業園區煉鐵工藝核心區充分尊重原有工業遺存肌理，保留其歷史原真性，在冬奧會大事件的帶動下，通過針灸式更新方式，對于幾組重要錨點建筑進行功能轉化，營造高品質的公共空間，激發城市活力。空間、材料、色彩充分延續既有建筑的工業質感，尊重原有界面的歷史風貌，分解原有集聚的工業遺存設施并植入城市功能，為城市公共活動提供了舞臺。該項目是工業遺產活化利用的成功范例，充分詮釋了在當下城市化進程中建筑師是如何去更新、創作有活力的城市公共空間，讓歷史文化遺產在有效利用中重塑城市的時代記憶。

The Shougang No.3 Blast Furnace Museum,Xishi Winter Olympics Plaza and Starbucks projects are located at the northwest corner of Shougang Park.As the birthplace of the one-hundred-yearold Shougang construction,they carry the national dream of modern industry of a century.

The site area is mainly used to display the blast-furnace ironmaking technology and supporting technological facilities.The blast furnace is an ironmaking facility.The transfer station,silo and feed bin are material storage facilities.The multi-purpose pumping station and Starbucks Coffee are blast furnace cooling,pumping and dedusting facilities.

The core idea of "preserving the collective memory exclusive to the site,removing unnecessary industrial buildings and constructing a dialogue between the blast furnace and nature" is supported by eight technological strategies,i.e.,"maintaining the technological texture of industrial heritage,continuing the structural strengthening of existing features,keeping the interface of historical material information,expressing equipment integration in the architectural space,preserving the locality of the materials and collective memory retention,setting up basic supporting facilities in the gathering place of industrial heritage,enhancing the vitality of the gathering place of industrial heritage,and creating a light environment with the features of industrial heritage".This will help to maintain the original state of the heritage,hold a dialogue between the industrial zone and nature,and integrate new functions into the urban social life to show respect for history,nature and the city.In this way,the industrial heritage will no longer be a silent,bleak or cold "forgotten place",but will become a "vigorous key" to enthusiasm,positivity and warmth.

On the premise of maintaining the authenticity of the industrial heritage,the entire building complex narrows the gap between the industrial and human scales through humanised structure extension.The industrial structures scattered on the site are carefully mended to reproduce the existing craft fabric and transform the craft-oriented layout into a human-oriented urban layout,thus expressing the organic inheritance of the industrial culture in a respectful way.

Jury Statement

Today,in the process of China's urbanisation moving from incremental development to inventory renewal,how can the city's memory of the times be continued while driving the urban organic regeneration and empowering it with new vitality through design is a new historical proposition given to architects by society.As a largescale renewal project of heavy industrial heritage in China,the Iron-making Core Area of Shougang Park fully respects the original texture of the industrial heritage,and retains its historical authenticity.Driven by the Winter Olympics,it transformed the functions of several groups of anchor buildings through acupuncture-like renewal,creating highquality public space and stimulating the vitality of the city.The space,materials and colours fully continue the industrial texture of the existing buildings,respect the historical features of the original interface,and decompose the old facilities of the industrial heritage while being implanted into urban functions,providing a stage for urban public events.This project serves as a successful example of the activation of an industrial heritage.It fully explains how architects renew and create dynamic urban public spaces in the current urbanisation process,allowing the historical and cultural heritage to be effectively employed to reshape the memory of the city.□ (Translated by Dandan Wang)
