雄安設計中心是由中國建設科技集團(簡稱中建科)與同濟大學共同投資,由中建科建設、設計、施工、運營一體化的項目。項目利用原澳森制衣廠生產主樓進行改造,旨在為先期進駐雄安的國內外設計機構提供一個辦公場所與交流平臺,對雄安新區的未來發展具有引領示范意義。
設計全程以綠色生態為驅動,全面統籌綠色策略、空間、行為、能源、循環、建構與材料,以低成本營造出一個高品質綠色建筑科技示范工程。與此同時,該項目也是雄安新區踐行“建筑師負責制”發展導向,發展設計牽頭的EPC 總包新模式的試點工程。
改造策略上,設計團隊堅持“少拆除、多利用、快建造、低投入、高活力、可再生”的原則與方式,最大化保留老廠房,實現新舊共生。有效梳理城市界面環境,形成內聚空間,用現代手法延續中國傳統院落空間和集群組合的意念,營造優質的辦公環境與氛圍。改擴建采用鋼結構裝配模塊化快速建造,空間做到靈活分隔,功能自由轉換,未來全部可回收和再循環。利用挑臺、連廊、院落引導室外步行活動,形成多種立體化生態交往空間。創新利用室內外過渡空間形成陽光外廊,做到使用節約,最大的節能率達到42%。充分利用可再生能源,形成光—電—水—綠—氣循環的自平衡。石籠圍墻和雨水景觀池、實現能量循環與所有拆解廢物的再利用。

Xiong'an Design Centre is a project jointly invested by China Construction &Technology Co.,Ltd.(CCTC) and Tongji University,and is an integrated project designed,constructed and operated by CCTC.The project makes use of the existing Aosen garment factory for renovation,and aims to provide an open,vivid and communication platform for domestic and foreign design companies in the first few years.
The design follows ecological concept,integrating sustainable strategies in terms of space,behaviour,energy,recycling,structure and materials,to create a high-quality and green project at low cost.
The design team follows the sustainable strategies of "less demolition,more utilisation,fast construction,low investment,high vitality and regeneration".The design makes good use of the existing workshop to realise the idea of Chinese traditional courtyard space to create a high-quality office environment and atmosphere.The project uses steel structure to make fast construction come true,and the space can be separated with flexibility to realise free functional conversion.The project uses the south-end corridor as a buffer space between interior and exterior,reducing 42% of power consumption.It makes full use of the renewable energy to form an balanced cycle of light,power,water,ecology and air.The renewable green wall and rainwater landscape pond enable the recycling of energy and reuse of dismantled waste.
Xiong'an Design Centre has become the most popular design and cultural exchange platform in Xiong'an after renovation.It has undertaken nearly 100 events of information release on the New District's planning,culture salons and other activities.Several regional planning and construction forums have been incubated here like "Xiong'an Design Talk",making the project a real design centre for Xiong'an New District.

改建完成的設計中心現已成為雄安最具人氣的設計文化交流平臺,并作為雄安新區規劃建筑的大本營,承辦近百次新區的規劃公示、文化座談等活動,孕育出“雄安設計講壇”等區域級的城市規劃建設智庫平臺,成為雄安新區名副其實的“設計中心”。
評委評語
雄安設計中心通過優秀的空間設計,打造了以空間調蓄為主導的節能體系,壓縮用能空間、改善建筑自然采光和通風性能,釋放建筑被動式節能潛力,營造了高能效、高品質的室內物理環境,實現了節能58.9%、節水21.6%的設計效果;通過高效利用循環材料,打造低碳建構體系,實現節材780t,并實現了建筑空間的模塊生長、裝配建構,創新明顯,可推廣性強。
Jury Statement
Through the excellent spatial design,Xiong’an Design Centre has created an energysaving system with space as its central function.It compresses energy consumption space to improve the building's natural lighting and ventilation performance,releases the building's passive energy-saving potential,and creates a highly energy-efficient and high-quality indoor physical environment,realising the design purpose of reducing energy consumption by 58.9% and reducing water use by 21.6%.Additionally,the project creates a low-carbon construction system and achieves material savings of 780 tons through the efficient use of recycled materials;both modular growth and the prefabricated structure of the architectural space are realised with obvious innovation and strong replicability.
