1 總圖 Site plan

珠海橫琴保利中心是一個(gè)潔白光亮的辦公商業(yè)綜合體。白色橫向百葉與玻璃幕墻共同構(gòu)成適應(yīng)地方氣候特征的雙層表皮系統(tǒng)。非均質(zhì)的遮陽百葉、錯(cuò)位展開的空中露臺(tái)、多樣化的功能空間共同構(gòu)成豐富多變的建筑立面。建筑主體塔樓80m×100m×100m，采用帶巨型轉(zhuǎn)換鋼桁架的框架—剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu)，實(shí)現(xiàn)“懸浮的空中立方體”。建筑中央方形豎向天井與底層開放式架空層相結(jié)合，構(gòu)筑“風(fēng)之通道”。綠化天橋、綠化屋面、綠化廣場(chǎng)、山體共同形成一個(gè)綠意盎然的大地景觀。這是一個(gè)因地制宜的綠色建筑,創(chuàng)造具有強(qiáng)烈識(shí)別性的橫琴風(fēng)格。它是“新嶺南建筑”的一次有益嘗試。

2 遠(yuǎn)觀立面 Fa?ade

Poly Centre is a commercial-office mixed use project featuring a white glossy cube.Dual fa?ades combined with horizontal louvre and glass curtain wall will improve the lighting,sunshading and ventilation conditions essential in subtropical climate region.The louvres,terraces and multi-purpose spaces enrich the building shape and create an eye-catching feature.The tower adopts a frame shear wall structure with mega transfer steel trusses to achieve a floating cube suspending above the greenery roof.A mega vertical void in the middle combines with open space in the podium creates a "Wind Tunnel".The landscape design takes advantage of its proximity to the mountain,extending the experience of relaxation in a lush natural environment into the project.This green building is a visual icon for Hengqin.It's an effort to promote "Lingnan architecture" (local architecture).
