1 草圖 Sketch

老菜場(chǎng)市井街區(qū)是一個(gè)西安明城墻東南角持續(xù)進(jìn)行的城市更新計(jì)劃，一段是其啟動(dòng)項(xiàng)目。項(xiàng)目希望在保留底層菜市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)有生態(tài)的基礎(chǔ)上，更新改造閑置的廠房上層空間。

為了整合碎片化空間、打開進(jìn)入內(nèi)部空間的新路徑，設(shè)計(jì)置入了新的臺(tái)階廣場(chǎng)、交通筒和連橋。其中臺(tái)階廣場(chǎng)尤為關(guān)鍵：設(shè)計(jì)平衡多方利益，拆除現(xiàn)有商鋪第一跨、降低第二跨、置入臺(tái)階、打開屋頂；開敞的廣場(chǎng)不僅引導(dǎo)人流進(jìn)入，也成為菜場(chǎng)公共生活的舞臺(tái)。

小成本、多產(chǎn)權(quán)的開發(fā)模式和保留市井現(xiàn)狀的改造策咯給項(xiàng)目帶來(lái)很多臨時(shí)的變動(dòng)和瑣碎的修改，但也使得項(xiàng)目的面貌相較于常見的士紳化改造更加多元而豐富。

Old Market Folk Culture Block is an ongoing urban renewal plan located at the southeast inner city of Xi'an.Phase I is the kick-off project aiming to retain the existing "ecosystem" around the market,and to transform the vacant upper space in the factory.

In order to integrate the fragmented spaces and provide a new path,the designer frames the STEP PLAZA,the VERTICAL CORE,and the BRIDGE.The STEP PLAZA is crucially important by balancing multiple parties and opening the roof to the public.

The low-cost,multi-property developing mode and the retaining policy for the street life brought many improvised changes and trivial modifications to the project.However,it also made the project different from the normal gentrified renovation and instructed the design to a diverse and multi-layered result.
