本項(xiàng)目是一個(gè)律師朋友以EPC 和EPCM模式委托，限價(jià)自住、父母養(yǎng)老和親友聚會(huì)的近郊鄉(xiāng)村自建小住宅。建筑是藝術(shù)與技術(shù)、追求與需求、品質(zhì)與造價(jià)之間結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物，最難的是找到它們之間的平衡點(diǎn)。借鑒方形九宮格、院落、連廊、吊腳樓和局部曲線，表達(dá)了規(guī)矩方圓、法外有情、湖南鄉(xiāng)村文脈等設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)涵。與律師朋友及家人坐在一方宅沙發(fā)上，在草地、綠樹和田野映襯下沐浴著透過落地窗灑落的陽光，感受到了既讓別人快樂又從中得到快樂的愜意。

This project is a small suburban rural home commissioned by a lawyer friend under the EPC and EPCM mode,with limited budget,used for owner-occupation,the owner's parents' retirement retreat and family and friend gatherings.Architecture is the combination of art and technology,pursuit and demand,quality and cost,and the most difficult thing is to keep the balance between them.Learning from the nine by nine grid square,courtyard,corridor,stilted building and local curve,the design expresses the connotation of square and circle,distilled love from legal principles,and the countryside culture in Hunan Province.
