設計意圖:這兩個句子是本課的重點句型,讓學生反復操練,并說出“She couldn’t see.She couldn’t hear.”然后板書。

1.Read Paragraph 1 and answer the questions.

(3)What happened to her?
設計意圖:學生通過問題引導,提取文本的基本信息。
2.Read and choose.Read Paragraph 2 and 3, choose the right answers.

(3)What did Helen Keller learn to do?

設計意圖:學生帶著問題閱讀課文,更能發揮學習的自主性。通過模仿“She drew letters in Helen’s hand”,體會海倫的艱辛,從而理解“She’s a role model for blind people and also for you and me.”理解課文,升華情感。
3.Read and fill in the blanks.
Read Paragraph 4 and get to know why Helen Keller is a role model.

設計意圖:通過閱讀填空,訓練學生梳理基本信息的能力,提升對文本關鍵信息的分析思考能力。

1.Try to describe Helen Keller’s life.
2.Show the picture of Zhong Nanshan and introduce him.

3.Make a card about a famous person and talk to the class about him/her.

設計意圖:聯系當今社會,面對突如其來的新冠疫情,涌現出多少無名英雄。他們是我們的驕傲,是我們學習的榜樣。這樣適當增加信息輸入,強化深化主題,達到學以致用、學科育人的目的。
第一,響應現代職業教育決策,以應用型技術技能型人才為培養目標。獨立學院要嘗試錯位培養,符合應用型技術大學的特點,培養的技術技能型人才能夠面向生產一線,具備熟練的操作能力和職業技能,走上崗位可以直接創造生產力。

設計意圖:通過分享北京冬殘奧會上奧運健兒們英姿颯爽的精彩瞬間,特別是我國運動健兒的出色表現,教育學生運動健兒是憑著堅強的意志、樂觀的心態和積極向上的精神克服種種困難而戰勝自我、超越自我的。
