會議舉辦場地“非標準化”為何盛行？

傳統標準化場地，一直以來都在為參會者提供穩定的展示環境和綜合服務體驗方面具有價值。混合會議大行其道的同時，人們對于線上會議、直播會議、短途會議、小型會議的需求更加常見，常規“活動場地”的定義正在動搖。2022年3月11日廣州美博會為了配合政府疫情防控需要，對廣交會展館采取“臨時封閉，不進不出”的管控措施。一時間會議、會展行業不免嘆息，同時也引發思考：疫情下租用酒店、會展中心等地不確定因素眾多，會議相當一部分活動是否可以嘗試非標準化場地？商務club、酒店私人會議室、郵輪、咖啡館、音樂廳等特色場地本身自帶流量，也逐漸開始為會議活動加持。

Why are the Non-standard Conference Venues Popular？

The traditionally standard venue has been enjoying the value in providing the participants with the stable showcase environment and integrated services. The demand from people for the online meeting， live-streamed conference， short meeting and mini meetings is much more commonly-seen while the hybrid is popular， and the definition of regular Event Place is swaying. To meet the needs of government’s epidemic prevention and control in China（Guangzhou） International Beauty Expo on 3 March， 2022， and control measures of Temporary Close， and No Exit or Entry was adopted for the venue. The sigh was made for the meeting， and convention and exhibition industry within a short period， meanwhile， the thinking also raised that many uncertain factors to rent hotels and convention centers etc under the pandemic， if non-standard venue can be tried for quite parts of events of conventions？ The featured place like the business club， private hotel meeting room， cruise， coffee shop and concert hall etc is with the flow itself， also starting to empower the meetings and events gradually.
