利用地圖數據、高速公路歷史通行數據、歷史假綠通車稽查數據和貴州省多義性拆分數據等，結合單出口嫌疑假綠通模型、貨物地理嫌疑假綠通模型、卸貨裝貨嫌疑假綠通模型和嫌疑假綠通車通行軌跡模型，通過大數據技術進行分析處理，篩選出嫌疑假綠通的車輛通行數據，并將其共享給稽查系統，輔助稽查工作人員快速定位嫌疑假綠通車輛。

設計與構思

項目在城市設計層面強調建筑的公共性及對城市的貢獻。包頭市圖書館和少年宮項目分屬兩塊城市用地，原有規劃的城市機動車道路將兩塊用地相互隔絕。團隊在設計之初，通過積極與業主和城市規劃部門的溝通協調，協助優化了相關地塊規劃要求，最終將兩地塊間的原規劃機動車路取消，優化為步行公共文化廣場，為市民和青少年活動提供了平臺。

在城市設計層面，建筑造型柔和的起坡模糊了與公共廣場之間的界限，延續的界面使公共空間和功能空間相互滲透，提升了大量公共高質量的復合城市功能，帶來了積極的社會效益。建筑造型源于對內蒙古大草原起伏延綿的特殊地貌特征的提取。圖書館和少年宮自東向西的建筑輪廓線形成了四百余米巨大的躍動曲線，建筑群就像從地面生長出來一樣。由室外延伸至室內的中庭最大程度地導入陽光，開放式的樓梯和連廊以及延伸進兩棟建筑內部的流線型綠化和鋪裝增強了空間上的視覺連貫性，提供了一個充滿戲劇感的多義空間。

圖書館中心廣場作為一個虛空間很好地襯托出圖書館的體積感，站在中心廣場之上迎面而來的是圖書館西側不同角度的柔和緩坡，它們以一種熱情開放的姿態向城市傳遞著強烈的包容性。圖書館的凹形平面圍合出內部高大的陽光中庭，圍繞中庭空間布置了豐富的開放閱覽空間。各層閱覽室都設有通向室外的休憩交流平臺，符合當代圖書館的人性化使用要求。

少年宮內部C 形院落與中心公共廣場組成了一個環形交流空間，通過不同高度、不同色彩、不同體塊的造型進行視覺引導，豐富的造型與色彩，以及具有歸屬感的院落與多層次平臺，形成了適合兒童嬉戲游玩與學習成長的室內外活動空間。

Design Concept

The project emphasizes the public nature of the building and its contribution to the city at the urban design level.Baotou Library and Children's Palace project belong to two urban sites,and the original planned urban motorized road separates the two sites from each other.At the beginning of the design,through active communication and coordination with the owner and the urban planning department,the design assisted in optimizing the regulatory plan,which eventually canceled the original planned motorized road between the two plots and optimized it into a public pedestrian cultural square as a platform to carry the citizens and youth activities.

At the urban design level,the softly rising slope of the building style blurs the boundary with the public square,and the continued interface allows the mutual penetration of the public and functional spaces,promoting a large number of public high-quality composite urban functions and bringing positive social benefits.The architectural style is derived from the extraction of the special geomorphic features of the undulating grasslands of Inner Mongolia.The contour line of the buildings of the Library and the Children's Palace from east to west forms a huge leaping curve of more than four hundred meters,and the building complex looks like it is growing out of the ground.An atrium extending from the exterior to the interior maximizes sunlight,and an open staircase and corridor,as well as streamlined greenery and paving extending into the interiors of both buildings,enhance the visual coherence of the space and provide a dramatic,multifaceted space.

LibraryAs a virtual space,the center square can well set off the volume of the library .Standing on the center square,facing the gentle slopes at different angles to the west of the library,they convey a strong sense of inclusiveness to the city in a warm and open manner.The library encloses the high indoor sunshine atrium through a concave plane,with an open reading space provided around the atrium on each floor.The reading rooms on each floor are equipped with a resting and communication platform leading to the outdoors,in line with the humanized use requirements of contemporary libraries.

Children's PalaceThe C-shaped courtyard inside the Children's Palace and the central public square form a circular communication space,which is guided by the shapes of different heights,colors and blocks.The rich styles and colors,as well as the courtyard with a sense of belonging and multilevel platforms,form an indoor and outdoor activity space suitable for children to play,learn and grow.

材料與建構

圖書館與少年宮外立面進行了多種材料與工藝的探索創新：石材、復合生態板、鋁型材、預嵌玻璃磚混凝土掛板等，各種材料特征被高度協調在一個語境下，加強了材料相互整體性與交融感。

圖書館和少年宮沿城市道路的外立面采用了當地石材掛板，形成色彩和質感完整統一的城市界面，局部通過鋁型材對曲線窗進行勾勒，形成近景的豐富細部。

圖書館面向城市主干道阿拉丁大街的東立面，由預嵌玻璃磚混凝土掛板形成穩定的基座，上面托起全玻璃幕墻的閱讀大廳，夜幕下成為最璀璨的城市地標。預嵌玻璃磚混凝土掛板為本項目專屬研制的材料，其對應書庫相對封閉的內部功能，通過加鋼套筒的玻璃磚與雙層內嵌保溫材料的混凝土掛板，實現了熱工性能與材料美觀的統一。

少年宮面向內院的教室采用了彩色的復合生態板，出挑的教室采用多種顏色的生態板包裹成為彩色盒子，營造了富有童趣的小尺度內院游戲空間。

內景與外景

圖書館采用集中式大空間，少年宮多為單元式小空間，結合中央公共廣場產生了豐富的城市空間與景觀。少年宮內部的C 形院落與中心公共廣場組成了一個環形交流空間，緩坡狀的圖書館體量在中心廣場的襯托下展現出更包容的文化建筑親和力。兩棟建筑多標高、多層次與多維度打造了豐富的休憩景觀平臺，為市民和青少年提供了豐富而積極的休閑交流公共空間。

Material and Construction

We have explored and innovated a variety of materials and technologies for the facade of the library and the Children's Palace: stone,composite ecological panels,aluminum profiles,pre-inlaid glass block concrete pegboards,etc.Various material features are highly coordinated in one context,strengthening the sense of wholeness and interplay between them.

The external facades of the library and the Children's Palace along the urban road are made of local stone pegboards to form an urban interface with complete and unified urban interface of color and texture;the curvilinear windows are partially outlined by aluminum profiles to form rich details of the close-up.

Facing the east facade of Aladdin Street,the main road of the city,the library is a stable base formed by pre-embedded glass brick concrete pegboards.The reading hall with a full glass curtain wall on it is the most brilliant city landmark under the night curtain.Pre-embedded glass brick concrete pegboard is the material specially developed for this project,which corresponds to the relatively closed internal function of the library.Through the glass brick with a steel sleeve and the concrete pegboard with embedded double-layer thermal insulation material,the thermal performance and material beauty are unified.

The classrooms facing the inner courtyard of the Children's Palace use colorful composite ecological panels,and the protruding classrooms use a variety of colored ecological panels wrapped into colorful boxes,creating a small-scale inner courtyard play space rich in childlike interest.

Inside and Outside

The library adopts a centralized large space,and the Children's Palace is mostly unit-like small space.

Combined with the central public square,it has produced diverse urban spaces and landscapes.The inner C-shaped courtyard and the central public square form a circular communication space.The slope-like library volume shows a more inclusive cultural architectural affinity against the backdrop of the center square.Both buildings create rich landscape platforms with multiple elevations,levels and dimensions,providing a rich and active public space for leisure and communication for citizens and the juvenile.
