Dance, Ava! Dance!跳舞吧，阿娃！跳舞吧！

There was a girl named Ava. She was good at dancing， but she was scared toshow her mother that she was a good dancer. At school， Ava said to her friend Jade，“I’m scared to show my mother that I’m a good dancer.”Jade said，“I know you’rescared， but your mother will love it.”Ava said，“OK. I will try. Thanks.”

The next day， she showed her mother that she was a good dancer. Her mothersaid， “I love it！ ”Ava was so happy that she gave her mom a hug. Then her motherasked， “Would you love to join the dance competition1？”“Yes！ ”said Ava. Avaknew she had to practice more before the competition.

Ava then joined the national dance team “The Blazing Stars”. She made someweird2， creative3， and talented4 new friends. Since the day Ava joined“The BlazingStars”， she became more confident5 in herself. She realized6 that you should neverhide7 your true talent.

Finally， the day of the competition arrived. The whole city of Guanajuato wasthere to watch the dance competition. The first person to go was Ava！ Ava got soscared that she started to panic8. But her mom came to her and said，“This is whatyou are meant to do. Go shine， my darling！ ”Ava smiled and went to the dancefloor. Her team shouted，“Dance， Ava！ Dance！ ”

After all of the teams had finished their performances9， they announced10 thewinner. Ava won！ She won the national dance gold medal for her team！ They allshouted her name in joy saying“Ava did it！ ”
