Step 1 文體感知

新聞報道一般包括四個部分：標題（headline）、導語（lead sentence）、主體（body）、結束語（ending）。

Step 2 寫作技巧

新聞報道結構多采用兩種基本形式：

1.時間順序法：依照事實發生的先后，按時間順序來寫。

2.新聞導語法：依照事實的重要性來排列鋪陳的寫法。按照這種寫法寫的新聞報道的第一句話叫作導語。導語開門見山，把新聞最重要的內容（who、what、when、where、why、how——新聞六要素）揭示出來。由于新聞報道側重點的不同，有時也可能只包含其中的幾個要素。現在由于大多數新聞報道都采用新聞導語法，長期如此，逐漸形成了一種獨特的新聞報道結構——“倒金字塔”。按新聞事實的重要性遞減的順序安排新聞報道內容，使之形成了“倒金字塔”結構，即將最重要、最吸引人的新聞事實放在全文的開頭，次要的放在其后，依次排列，最次要的置于末尾。
