濰坊仲裁委員會在優化營商環境中,為企業創造“零障礙”“零風險”“零距離”“零縫隙”服務,使大批企業放開手腳,闖全國,走世界,拼經濟。
“法治是最好的營商環境”,優化營商環境需要發揮法治固根本、穩預期、利長遠的保障作用。近年來,濰坊仲裁貫徹落實濰坊市委、市政府關于優化營商環境的各項工作部署要求,主動融入全市優化營商環境工作大局,推出系列便民惠企創新服務舉措,不斷拓展服務領域覆蓋面,有效提升工作質效和服務水平。

專門出臺優化營商環境十條措施,推動優化營商環境系列決策部署在仲裁落地落實,展現營商環境建設的仲裁擔當,為“拼經濟”提供強有力仲裁服務和保障,全面助力新時代社會主義現代化強市建設。
與濰坊市中級人民法院建立訴調對接、資源共享、交流研討機制,合力推動矛盾糾紛多元化解。與縣市區基層法院建立協作機制,積極發揮仲裁在預防和化解矛盾糾紛中的優勢作用。與市市場監督管理局構建知識產權仲裁協同保護,健全知識產權糾紛調解結果仲裁確認機制。
深化仲裁服務供給側創新,自我加壓升級360全時空仲裁服務,實現除春節外全年無休,只要當事人有預約,就有立案、辦案等服務,周末開庭已成常態,利用周末或下班時間為340名當事人提供現場立案、開庭服務。擴大24小時即立快審辦案模式、快速程序適用范圍,新增金融等類型案件,實現快立快裁快結案,已辦理200起,幫助企業快速回籠資金。“360+24”仲裁服務模式作為典型被納入全市“高效辦成一件事”十項重點任務之一,全力助力企業發展。

組織50名法律、經濟專家組建5支大服務隊,集中開展仲裁普法“七進”行動、“十百千萬”工程,上門提供事前事中事后全流程“保姆式”仲裁法律服務,以培訓會、宣講會、座談會等形式,搭建仲裁與企業之間的互動交流平臺。為百余家企業及小微商戶提供培訓與服務,發放仲裁宣傳資料,積極為企業提供法治保障。
優化法治化營商環境沒有完成時,只有進行時。繼續緊扣優化營商環境建設這一主線,聚焦企業仲裁法律需求,靠前一步、主動擔當、積極作為,充分發揮仲裁在優化營商環境中的助推器作用,為打造市場化法治化國際化一流營商環境注入強大的動能,釋放更多仲裁制度紅利惠及廣大市場主體和人民群眾,為企業高質量發展保駕護航。

In recent years, closely focusing on implementing the various work deployment requirements of the Municipal Party Committee and the Peoples Government of Weifang on the optimization of business environment, Weifang Arbitration has taken the initiative to actively integrate itself into the overall work of optimizing the citys business environment, launched a series of innovative service measures that bring convenience to the people and benefits to enterprises, and continued to expand the coverage of its service areas to effectively improve the quality, efficiency, and service level of its work.
