人才+項目：激活知識產權創新引擎

7月2日，濟南市知識產權高層次人才發展項目集中簽約暨知識產權強省會建設創新大賽啟動。大賽以“創新”為核心，旨在搭建一個人才與平臺相互對接的舞臺，共同點燃城市發展的智慧引擎；一批專注于“人才”的知識產權服務站在駐濟高校和重點產業園區相繼揭牌，實現人才與服務的深度融合，共同鍛造推動城市發展的金鑰匙；一系列旨在期待“成果”的知識產權人才發展項目也在此次活動中簽約，通過人才與項目的相互促進，共同激活城市發展的新動能。

在創新驅動發展戰略的引領下，濟南市正以前所未有的力度推進科技創新與成果轉化，為經濟社會發展注入強勁動力。

正如濟南市委人才辦負責同志在致辭中強調，近年來，濟南大力實施人才強省會戰略，全力爭創國家吸引和集聚人才平臺，努力構建“天下泉城、人來無憂”的全生命周期人才服務體系。知識產權人才作為加快科技創新、增強經濟活力的關鍵力量，其重要性不言而喻。此次活動是第二屆“海右人才節”的特色活動之一，也是培育高價值專利、促進知識產權轉移轉化、激發人才創新創業活力的重要平臺，將有效促進高價值知識產權的轉化運用，在人才鏈、創新鏈與產業鏈之間，搭建起一座互通、直通、融通的橋梁，將知識產權服務“鏈起來”，將知識產權資源“聚起來”，將知識產權成果“用起來”，為濟南經濟社會高質量發展提供源頭活水和有力支撐。

活動現場，一系列簽約落地，歷下區知識產權專屬特派員與5家企業簽訂專項服務協議，全鏈條、全天候的服務助力企業實現新跨越。濟南市知識產權保護中心、濟南知識產權服務業集聚區與4個院士工作站簽訂了知識產權高質量服務戰略合作協議，助力高端知識產權人才創新項目加速創造轉化；同時，與4家高校簽訂的知識產權人才培養實踐基地戰略合作協議，將進一步引導學生開展實踐，拓寬引才留才渠道，為濟南知識產權事業培養更多后備力量。

作為濟南市知識產權工作的重頭戲，自2021年以來，濟南市知識產權強省會建設創新大賽已成功舉辦兩屆，從數據來看，這是一場高價值專利成果與高精尖技術應用市場的“智慧碰撞”，是知識產權高層次人才與市場的“執手相見”。

活動現場還設置了知識產權成果展和高層次人才知識產權創新成果路演環節，高價值專利成果“開秀”，科創企業“挖寶”，通過智慧碰撞、經驗分享，讓知識產權成果更暢通、更便捷、更有效地走進應用市場，賦能高質量發展。

On July 2nd， the Jinan High-Level Intellectual Property Talent Development Program was signed， and the Innovation Competition of Intellectual Property Propelling Strong Provincial Capital Construction was inaugurated. Focusing on innovation， the competition is designed to forge a stage where talents and platforms converge， collectively igniting the intellectual engine that actuates urban progress. Intellectual property service stations that are dedicated for talent have been unveiled in universities and key industrial parks across Jinan， forming a profound integration of talent and service， and forging the golden key to drive the city’s advancement. As the flagship initiative in Jinan’s intellectual property endeavors， the Innovation Competition of Intellectual Property Propelling Strong Provincial Capital Construction has been held for continuous two years since 2021. The event also featured an exhibition of intellectual property achievements and a roadshow for the innovative results of high-level intellectual property talents.
