Good afternoon， my dear classmates. It’s my great pleasure to share with you my ideas on important life skills for teenagers. These can help our abilities and learning.

First of all， we are expected to stay healthy， because health is the guarantee of everything. Secondly， it is also necessary for us to learn to solve problems independently. This means we can depend on ourselves instead of others. What’s more， cooking is another essential skill which allows us to enjoy the food we love and help us release some pressure at the same time. Last but not least， good communication skills enable us to get along well with others and share our thoughts. Personally， I would like to further develop my cooking skills， since usually I order food online when I’m alone. Videos about cooking can be easily found on the Internet. I am sure I can learn something from them. Hopefully， all of us will find our weak points and work on them to improve ourselves.
