江廈：寧波繁華的商貿中心

江廈街道地處寧波市最繁華的商貿、文化中心，轄區商業資源豐富，人文氛圍濃郁，文化底蘊深厚，素有“走遍天下，不如寧波江廈”的美稱。街道轄區面積1.65平方公里，常住人口近3萬人，下轄4個社區居委會。

轄區商業繁華，人氣旺盛。位于街道境內的寧波天一廣場總投資12.5億元，總建筑面積22萬平方米，是目前國內最大的集商貿、購物、餐飲、休閑為一體的城市中心商業廣場，廣場擁有樂購超市、蘇寧家電連鎖店、吉盛偉邦家具、星巴克咖啡等一批品牌知名度高的企業，2005年天一廣場榮獲“中國商業特色街”稱號。中國現存規模最大的城隍廟之一的寧波城隍廟也位于街道轄區，城隍廟在建筑風格上集我國明、清古建筑藝術之精華，堪稱“浙東一絕”，是各地來寧波旅游的必到之地，也是當地商賈云集之處。同時，銀泰百貨、第二百貨商店等眾多寧波較具影響的大型商場也位于街道境內。

轄區商務辦公樓宇林立，樓高在15層以上的商務辦公樓宇有16幢，如寧波比較有影響的世界貿易中心、世紀廣場、華聯寫字樓、中保大廈、中國銀行寧波分行等商務樓宇均列其中。這些辦公樓宇廣泛吸引著各類企業進駐辦公，其中不乏一批國際跨國公司的寧波分公司、辦事處。同時一批在建的25層以上的辦公樓宇，如天一豪景、都市仁和、嘉和中心等都有望在近期建成，這些都為街道轄區經濟的持續發展提供了較好保障。

近年來，江廈街道黨工委、辦事處按照“打造新江廈，展現新風貌”的要求，緊緊抓住發展這個第一要務，充分發揮轄區商務樓宇林立的載體優勢，以發展樓宇經濟為重點，加大招商力度，調整引資政策，優化服務環境，使浙江長城建設集團寧波分公司、浙江三林地產控股集團公司、溫州建設集團寧波分公司、金凱達投資有限公司等一批區外、市外的大企業相繼落戶到街道。2005年1至7月，街道累計實現稅收9275萬元，引進各類企業98家，注冊資金總額達2.25億元。

在寧波市海曙區委、區政府的正確領導下，江廈街道黨工委、辦事處將進一步結合區域實際，發揮區域優勢，與時俱進，開拓創新，努力把江廈轄區建設成為寧波“商務活動的舞臺、市民生活的樂園、都市文明的窗口”。

Jiangxia: Business Center of Ningbo

Jiangxia is located in downtown Ningbo. Tianyi Plaza， a 220，000-m2 shopping mall with a 1.25 billion investment， is the country誷 largest shopping center at present. Some of country誷 largest retail giants have their shops there. There are other large-scale department stores in the district. Ningbo Town God Temple is also located in the district. In fact， this temple is one of the largest existing town god temples across China.The temple features Ming and Qing architectural styles. It is a must for tourists in Ningbo.

Jiangxia is also where office buildings cluster. At present， there are 16 15-story or higher office buildings in the district. Some of these high-rises are influential ones， such as World Trade Center， Century Plaza， Hualian Office Building， China Insurance Mansion， China Bank， etc. Some 25-story or higher office buildings are now under construction and will soon be completed.

In recent years， some large businesses have set up their headquarters in Jiangxia. From January to July 2005， 89 businesses set up their operations in Jiangxia.
