ＣＰＡＦＦＣ Ｄｅｌｅｇａｔｉｏｎ Ｌｅｄ ｂｙ Ｐｒｅｓｉｄｅｎｔ Ｃｈｅｎ Ｈａｏｓｕ Ａｔｔｅｎｄｓ ＵＣＬＧ ＡＳＰＡＣ Ｅｘｅｃｕｔｉｖｅ Ｂｕｒｅａｕ Ｍｅｅｔｉｎｇ

From October 5 to 7， 2005， the CPAFFC Delegation led by its President Chen Haosu attended the World Organization of United Cities and Local Governments， Asia-Pacific Regional Section (UCLG ASPAC) Executive Bureau Meeting and the symposium featured on “optimizing local revenue generation for local government and development” held in Mkati， Philippines. President of the UCLG ASPAC Chen Haosu made a theme speech at the opening ceremony of the symposium and Deputy Director General of the Department of European and Asian Affairs of the CPAFFC Ji Bin spoke at the workshop session of “optimizing the resource of local revenue”. Over 200 representatives from local governments of the Asia-Pacific region were present at the symposium.

The Fourth UCLG ASPAC Executive Bureau Meeting was held after the symposium.
